Prairie Girl Bakery only makes cupcakes. No coffee, no tea, no other light bites. Just cupcakes–two sizes, and a variety of flavours. And it’s just as well, since its vanilla/vanilla cupcake was probably the best we’ve tasted in Toronto.
Vanessa Baudanza, who co-owns the operation with Isabelle Loiacono, say they come up with their ideas while thinking in the car, shower, and late at night. Their cupcakes are incredibly decorated in flavours like lemon lemon, cookies and cream, or our favourite, birthday cake.
