Dont expect hot food ,i ordered onion rings only... half of them were warm,and soggy...the other half was Old , cold ,and... Hard...all in one package...the crew DONT CARE...one manager is awesome,the other one needs to find a new job. Read more
Just trying to eat a burger but while I was eating, I was like? ?tastes a lil funny.? I unravel it and BAM, she?s burnt to dear... hell. No wonder this Burger King location sees few customers. Not to mention how slow they work as well. The wait would be fineif u guys didn?t burn the food. Went there ordered food, got threatened to a fight, cursed out by some white guy took my money and didn't refund me or give me... food after waiting 20min while all the cars behind me got food. Then was told not to come back. I'm filing charges Read more
Asked for the $5 deal with the 2 big kings as advertised on tv. The lady didn't know what I was talking about. So I asked for... the manager and she told me shes the manager. I came through a few days before and ordered the same thing with no issue. Got tothe window with the meal offer on the website pulled up on my phone and they still wouldn't let me order it. And when I informedher she had terrible customer service she told me she didn't need my business. Food looked like it had been thrown in the bag,onion rings spilled everywhere, sandwich not even wrapped, no napkins and no sauce that I had asked for. Also everything wascold and the bun was soggy like it had been sitting out all day. I didn't even eat it. And it would've just been even moretrouble going back to return the food and get a refund. Although this store is better at fulfilling orders accurately. They still have a long way to go on customer service and also... being properly stocked with the ingredients needed to prepare the posted meals on the active menu. Read more
