Standard Chili's Experience. Waiter was super friendly and attentive. Food was nice and hot.
Food was delicious and plentiful. Not many people when I went so I didn't have to wait to be seated.
We used to eat here weekly until we had to wait forever for someone to take our order and then forever to get our food which... came out cold . Well Tried today after about a few years from not eating there?.picked up order and it was cold ?Our order waspicked up on time and I live 2 mins away from chili?s ?it should have at least been warm !!!! When we got there we waited like 15 minutes to be greeted and seated because that person was sitting in a booth playing on their... phone instead of doing thier job.The food was cold and tasted horrible. My daughter ordered pasta and it tasted like the one outof Walmart freezer for a 1$. My food wasn't any better. My daughter's gf burger was raw had to be sent back to cook longer. Thewhole experience was gross. The only thing nice was our waitress. She took care of everything was stayed very professionalthrew it all.
