The person taking the orders did not know how to work the menu board. Instead of driving up to see the menu it was the customer... that just pulled up order. I told the employee I couldn't see the menu. Her reply was its McDonald's! I ordered a Big Macmeal. Not like it used to be!! Especially since it was almost $8.00. Read more
Our McDonald's here is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It is wonderful that we have the option to eat it anytime of the day... or night. They have been struggling, however. I am assuming its because of the lack of employees, or lack of employeesknowledge. The number of employee turnaround is extremely high. I noticed they are now offering new hires at $10/hour. This isincredible. My very first job when I was 16 years old in high school was at McDonald's. Minimum wage was exactly the same as itis today. This was in 1993. let me start by saying I am not a fan of McDonalds food. It is bland and is typically a last resort for me. This visit was a... last resort but I have to say the Crispy Chicken Sandwich wasn?t too bad, the fries tasted old tho. I felt like it definitelyneeded more flavor but it was hands down better than that thing that McDonalds calls a Hamburger. I have never had anything atMcDonalds that made me say ?dear god I have to have another one?. As a matter of fact I typically end up throwing half of mymeal in the trash. That Chicken Sandwich tho...If I have to resort to McDonalds in the future I won?t be too mad. I at leasthave that option. Maybe Ill start bringing some Slap Ya Mama seasoning with me.
