The French fries were hard, some burnt and cold. I had to throw them in the trash. I ordered a jr deluxe cheeseburger without... onions and pickles and it was cold and had onion and pickles on it. Def not happy with my purchase. Read more
Terrible service it took 45 minutes to get my food from a mobile order and my 2 Baconators only had 3 slices of bacon.
The Abbeville Wendy's is always quick when ordering and usually get your order right. If not the staff is quick to fix it once... notified. Read more
I came in with 3 young children and one of which was very fussy. The staff did everything they could to make my children happy.... Even picked out personality based kids meal toys for them. The food didn't take long, it was brought to our table, and the teammember waited to verify everything was there and correct (everything was correct.) The staff even offered to bring out the icecream we paid for after the kids ate. Exceptional service in a town that usually isn't so friendly at fast food chains. Thankyou for great service! Past couple of times I've been there, done in or drive through not very nice. In drive through you tell them what sauce you want... with your nuggets, you get the wrong sauce or none at all. Some taking orders sound like they don't want to work, shorttempered. Read more
