If you are close to Abbeville SC a stop at Main Street Coffee is a must. The coffee, (Thru the Flame) is always smooth and... never bitter even as it cools! The chicken and fish taco's with Mexican Street corn was my entrée of choice this evening. Itwas fantastic! As with any restaurant, the ambiance plays a role and Main Street Coffee provides the perfect atmosphere to pairwith your tatse buds whether it's coffee and dessert or a full meal your senses will be satisfied! Every town and city should have such cozy and friendly coffee place. Great atmosphere, excellent coffee and I could not get... enough of their Butter Pecan Cake. it was the best I have ever had. I had to take one piece home with me. Morning glory muffinsare amazing! It was such great experience food and ambiance wise that although, I live 60 miles away,I will drive there nextSaturday to stock up on muffins, cakes and to enjoy my coffee. I have enjoyed lunch, coffee drinks and desserts many, many times from Main Street Coffee over the years. I've never had... anything that I didn't completely enjoy. I recently ordered a red velvet cake with "fluffy cream cheese icing". MAN OH MAN! Imust say it was like "heaven in my mouth' in the words of my late brother. Not only was the icing just as I asked for, but thecake was also so fluffy and moist. Hands down one of the BEST I've ever had! Read more
