Very friendly & very helpful service. Food was excellent, especially the French fries, and decently priced as well. Great job!!
We had exceptional service from the Bar One Restaurant Manager during our stay at the Sandman. Our take-out food was absolutely... delicious and she so thoughtfully packaged it for us to take back to our hotel room. The sauces for our meal were even packagedseparately so that our food wouldn't get soggy! Little details that show they take pride in their service. All the chef's and the rest of the staff produce fantastic food and service. Everytime I order from this Bar One, it's never let... me down. Presentation and organization of the food, and don't even get me started on the taste! Not to mention the free dessertsand kind notes in the bag! Can't wait to visit dine-in soon ???? Read more
Service was not good. The fried dill pickles were inedible.
The previous reviews made me not know what to expect. I came for a late dinner and was treated very well, the food was quick to... come out, and it was a good experience overall. At the end of the day, it is basically a pub version of a Denny?s, so if you goin with that mindset, you will enjoy. Read more

Brutal place very bad service. The staff needs proper training I'm surprised they haven't closed it. You are a captive audience... so they take advantage of that fact. Read more
Absolutely appalling service, the manager in this location has no clue. She just stood in the back and did not come to help her... staff. Stay away from this place unless you want to be dissaapointed. Read more
