Manager Alison is not nice at all, not management material, not good at her job. The other young staff were very nice. The... blonde manager should take a course in management. She was so rude (that’s putting it nicely) and she was willing to lose a 20person table because one person mentioned how we’ve been waiting 30 mins for pop drinks. “Should I just cancel the wholeorder?” She said. Been coming here for years but the service recently has gone down hill. Only reason I'm giving 2 stars is the food was amazing.... Hats off to the cooks. Our server was Grace. Forgot our waters, then came back and realized she forgot them and then didn't comeback. Our food came and instead of asking who's dish was whose, the other girl just started putting the wrong dish in front ofthe wrong person. Grace never came back at all to check on us. Read more
I ordered the Smoked Gouda & Poblano Pepper Ravioli $21. It was delicious with 17 extra large ravioli and dotted with cubed... chicken chunks which left me quite full! I totally recommend this dish! The service was prompt and friendly and the meals servequickly. ???????????????? Read more
Sat and 10 minutes for our server, he took our food and drink order. waited 25 minutes and nothing was brought to us. I asked a... different server to check on our drinks and they came back and said it wasn't ready. Manager came over an apologized for thedelay on the food and said it was almost ready but said nothing about our drinks. Said that it would be out in a few minutes andthe food came out before the drinks. The "Ribeye Meatloaf" tasted like spam. The specialized drink looked nothing like thepicture shown and was watered down due to melted slush. One drink was missing. The kids drink had no lid and we got no straws.Don't waste your time or money here. Read more

Start with the not so good apparently the nachos and the mild wings weren't up to par. The Smoked Gouda and poblano ravioli with... chicken and the Appy platter were the bomb. A special shoutout to our server who was quite attentive, thank you Shawn or Sean. Iforgot the spelling but I remember the name, BP is where it's at. Read more
Our server was friendly and efficient (kept the non stop pop coming) but the food was very average. The spicy chicken was luke... warm. There were a couple staff that came to the table with food, plates, etc that had no personality. I would also like tomention that none of the staff we saw were wearing masks. I've been going to Boston Pizza for years not particularly this one but overall in my life, worst experience I've ever had. An... older male server(25-35)who clearly was either tired or over worked but clearly didn't appear like he wanted to be their. I waswith my daughter and we ordered a fizzy peach kids drink and a medium pepperoni pizza. I beleive my daughters drink was supposedto be garnished with a couple fuzzy peach candies. Not this time and no explanation as to why. My kid was disappointed shepointed it out. Pizza was made well. But after we had finished and put our dishes aside we sat and we waited and waited andwaited, I made eye contact and made a gesture which as being a former server I would have walked over and asked if I neededanything but not this guy just looked and carried on chatting with other employees. Finally I had enough and walked to the edgeof the kitchen where he was chatting and asked for a box the bill and 2 waters. I don't complain about much but this needed tobe shared. Oh and on top of everything, the restaurant was quite empty we wanted to beat the dinner rush as it is 5:40pm rightnow as I write this. I still tipped 15% because the pizza was still good but some of the worst service I've ever had at a BostonPizza. Read more
