First time I was able to come and eat here and it was great. I'll admit, when they seated us right by the main entrance, I was a... little concerned about being cold and the draft being a nuisance, but the heaters work great and I was not bothered at all. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. I dined it at Browns and had ordered a vegetarian quesadilla with garlic Parmesan fries... on side. Almost halfway through eating the fries, I find something odd. I smell it and it doesn’t smell anything like fries soI call over our very kind server. She informed me it was calamari. I immediately pushed my plate aside. I’ve been vegetarianmy entire life and there was a piece of calamari mixed in with fries, how is this possible? Does browns not follow safe foodsafe protocols, how on earth does that happen? To add to the negative experience, our server told us she had informed themanager. The manager did NOT come to our table and apologize for this. What kind of management is running this restaurant?Isn’t it their job to apologize to customers when something like this happens?
