One bad experience, that's life. Two bad experiences, tolerable. Three bad experiences, inexcusable. The last experience, being... the worst. No beef burgers available. Okay. However, we couldn't order chicken either, as the fryer was out of order. Every timethere is something out of stock. I guess it's on me if we ever try them again! Read more
I've now went here several times and the service just keeps getting worse and worse. The cashiers are either not trained... properly or they truly don't care at all. My last experience I went through the drive through. Ordered two famous star meals,was asked if I had a coupon, I said yes, then I asked to upgrade the fries and was told no, I can't do that. No explanation eventhough I've done it many times in the past. I was the only one in line so I went up to the window after ordering and paid. I wasgiven my drinks and then ignored for 11 minutes. Not one update, no apology for making me wait. Just handed my stuff and told tohave a nice day. The staff for the most part are rude and unfriendly and as much as I enjoy the food I think I'm done goingthere. The fact that the place is never busy tells me this location isn't going to be lasting much longer anyways. Read more
Ordered teriyaki burger with extra pineapple. I was not asked chicken or beef. I presumed beef as I did not ask for chicken. Got... home and it was chicken. Gas there to return burger, costs more than burger. Did not want chicken. Very disappointed. Read more
That 2 FOR $5 sign caught my attention. I thought it might be two tiny sliders for that price, but I was surprised to get 2... regular sized burgers. The ingredients were just the basics: mustard, ketchup, pickles and onions, but two filled me right up.We also got the Western Bacon Burger which continues to be a favourite. We barely had time to connect to the free Wi-Fi beforethe order was brought out to us. We ate while watching the game on the big screen inside. This location is not properly following health and safety guidelines and served this uncooked RAW. Chicken burger on February... 17. 2022. The staff report that this occurred because they where busy!, the second excuse given was the chicken did not sitproperly. The behaviour and reasoning was un professional and not acceptable. this location is closing around the first week of December 2022 and is being turned into a "Boardwalk Fries Burgers...
