We hired them for a fun night of cooking lessons for our family of 5. It?s hard to find something that three teenagers like... doing together and this went over perfect. Chef Jordan and his team blew us away! The service was great and with covid and all the changes he was such a blessing to work... with! The stress was real but with Jordan and his team you would never have known it! And I haven?t even got to the best part... hands down best wedding meal! The appies, mains and dessert were spot on! Even the special breakfast set up for us in the AMeverything came together as if we had planned it that way all along! We had such an amazing experience with Chef Jordan and his team! With covid regulations, we ended up having to change our... numbers and menu up quite a few times and Jordan was flexible and happy to help us make it work. The love and thought that heputs into his dishes really shines through. The food was delicious; we had so many guests tell us how much they enjoyed theirdinner. We definitely went back for seconds! Our wedding experience with Chef Jordan and his team was nothing short of amazing! From our tasting to phone consultations, you... can truly feel his passion for food. Everything was made in house and tasted light and fresh. We had appetizers, a full gourmetbuffet as well as taster desserts which they executed beautifully and no one was left hungry. The quality and presentation wasamazing and definitely a great value for your buck! We had so many compliments on the food! The hardest decision we had to makewas picking out buffet items! He had so many to chose from and they can really do anything that comes to mind. We had quite afew guests with diet restrictions but that didn?t slow him down one bit and was able to create tasty options for them aswell. Him and his team were very professional and I was verymuch so impressed.
