*edit original review below* I'm editing this because I ordered the same food the following day using skip the dishes and the... food was awful. It's as if there are at least two different cooks or maybe I just got lucky the first time. The rice stinks andtastes like it was cooked in a dirty end of the day pan. The chow mein didn't taste the same and had a bad flavor. I don't seehow this is possible unless there are two cooks. Day one the food was 10/10 and day two the food was 3/10 and I tossedit. *original review*This place is AMAZING. it has a 9.9 on skipthedishes but it deserves a perfect 10. We made a very large order for mother's Day (which was very expensive) and they quoted an hour and 20 minutes for delivery... (which is fine since the order was big) but we asked "if we pick it up will it be sooner". The girl said no. So we left it atthat. Fast forward almost 2 hours and we still had no food. We call and the girl says "the delivery driver is not here to getyour food yet". Then she tells me she will call me back when she checks into where he is. I get no call back. So I call back anda guy answers. He has no clue what was discussed previously and tells me "your food is almost ready" then I tell him the othergirl told me it was ready but waiting to be delivered. He just says "oh" and so I get mad at this point and tell him we have twosmall kids waiting for the food and that there is no way we are paying full price at this point. So my mom/sister go to get thefood. They get there and they tell them "the food just came up" when in reality it was likely sitting there for 45 mins at thispoint. So we get the Luke warm food home and find that our pork fried rice we ordered is actually Shrimp. We have people in ourhouse who are allergic. My mom called back to speak to the manager and tell them this is unacceptable and she would like arefund after all the issues. The manager yells at her and says "I called my lawyer, you can sue me". This is disgusting service.I worked in the food industry for nearly 10 years and that is unacceptable customer service. So needless to say word of mouth isa dangerous thing and trust me we will be spreading our experience with others! Read more
Terrible customer service, poor quality of food, bland, stale tasting spring rolls which two of us had to spit out after taking... a bite. Ordered a large order for Mother?s Day 2022 and was told it would be ready and delivered in 1 hour 20mins. After 90minutes of waiting we called the restaurant back and we?re told the food was ready and they were waiting for a driver to deliverit. They said it would be out to us within 10 minutes. We called the restaurant back and said we would just come pick it up andwe were not paying full price so they offered us a small discount on our large order. Once we picked up our order it was barelywarm and we assumed it had been sitting there awhile waiting. We opened our order and it just did not look appetizing at all butat this point we were starving and had small children to feed. If I could give negative stars I would but 1 star will have tosuffice. Won?t be ordering from here again, terrible customer service from all the staff we spoke to, gross food and no taste. Read more
Best part of hole meal ginger beef. The deep fried prawns were great too. Both combination were bland thank goodness for soya... sauce and S&P ( which I had to supply more). In my one picture you can see two packages of soya sauce and that all theysupplied? Sadly the combination NEED more than that. Or did they pack any forks or chopsticks this was takeout! This is the best Chinese Restaurant in Abbotsford ! The chef in this Restaurant is a professional chef from Beijing, my husband... wound not go anywhere else for Chinese food if this place is not opening! My husband had lived in Beijing so long and he is verypicking about his food, I believed the way the chef cooked the food here just satisfied his taste . They have very freshingredients and delicious food all the time, this is a family based business, sometimes the kids are here to help out and theyare really nice kids! We all love to come to this place for Chinese food and have a little chat with the owner if they are nottoo busy . Great place to go for family dinner and friends gathering! If you are in Fraser Vally area , don?t miss this out! Iwas going to have my daughter ?s wedding family gathering at this place, too sad they picked a different place before they toldme. ***EDIT NEW UPDATE. Since posting my generous review the restaurant has now become popular and busy. Unfortunately it shows in... the quality of food now with less portions a significant price increase and the food itself is extremely bland..........3??................ I have no idea why only 3 stars this place is 5 stars hands down..... thank you for such amazingfood we absolutely loved it and can't wait to come back???????????? their food is hot fresh & FLAVOURFUL.
