The lunch menu is inexpensive and the food was amazing. I really enjoyed the Thai iced tea as well.

Small cafe with unassuming atmosphere and tasty food choices. Good size portions but slow service. It appears that there was... only one waitress who was also helping out in the kitchen. I’ll give it another try but take out may be a better option. Read more

I've returned to this restaurant a few times since my original review in 2019. I'm happy to report that everything is just as... good as it was and the seating has been updated and is now very comfortable. Thank you to the owners. So I'll leave the rest ofmy review as is. March 2019: Quick attentive service, fair prices and delicious fresh food. This is a delightful littlerestaurant on the southeast corner of Roberts and South Fraser Way. It's easy to miss the sign so look for the big Assantebuilding which (sort of) shares the parking lot. I forgot to bring my reading glasses so I'm not exactly sure what the correctname of the meal is. E6, vegetables with chicken and light black bean sauce. The server was attentive and made sure there wereno onions or garlic in the meal. I also requested bean sprouts which were very fresh and white. My partner ordered a beef PadThai and he was also very happy with the meal, commenting on the nice presentation. I'll be returning and ordering take out whenI get tired. Was very excited to try I am thai. When I got home from my 4 minute drive I opened my to-go container to see that it came with... lots of veg and beef, flavor is decent. So decent pad see ew if you don't love the noodles. THE NOODLES, they are thin, mushyand broken. Super disappointed judging on reviews. I will give then another shot, maybe noodle dishes aren't their best. Read more
