Super friendly staff. Don’t know the lady’s name but she was really easy to deal with and very quick with my order.
Rude employees. My boyfriend calls and says he would like dip with the order, we come and pay (assuming the price of the dips is... included in our total because we asked for it on the phone), after paying he starts taking his dips and the employees are like« i told you you could get them when you pay, you need to pay for those » after already paying. It may not sound too bad butthe tone of voice was like they thought he was trying to steal them. not coming here again. Read more

We ordered chicken strips and wedges, however before ordering I called to confirm some information that was reallyimportant to me… Because I had an operation on my throat and I wanted to make sure that the wedges and chicken strips weremade fresh, Karen provided me with such excellence over the phone and then followed up by making the most delicious meal for meto enjoy. I trust that you will give Karen the respect and commend her on such excellence in customer service. Before Iretired, I worked as a mystery shopper and I assessed many restaurants, businesses of great calibers, such as yours heretoday… Kudos and the utmost thanks and appreciation for caring. I went to this place at 11:30 PM. I told them I’m here for dine in, they took my order but handed to me at 11:55 although I... could see it ready right infront and told me I can’t dine in because they close at 12 and didn’t even give any explanation.I asked them patiently can I complete my food because I have to travel another 300 kms but they simply denied it. I understandtheir policy but in the first place if they said I can’t dine in, I would never order. I have to say I have ordered from here many times over the last 5 years I have lived in Abbotsford but I have never seen this.... This store is now under new management and it is nothing short of terrible. I have never seen a pizza place without menus beforebut as you can guess this store no longer has them. Second I just saw a review of someone not getting sauce in there pizza now Ithough this has to be a one off it has to be an oops but no I just ordered from the store today and I went to pick mine up as Iwanted to check the pizza. I checked and found my pizza had no sauce either I talked to the person behind the counter and theyin turn got the manager who was this rude old lady that told me thats how they make thier pizza and if I wanted sauce I had topay extra. The problem here is that the online menu stats it comes with pizza sauce and I paid $35 for this pizza. I never go out of my way to write a review, but I felt this time was necessary. J's Pizza used to be my favorite pizza in town... and I'm not sure what changed, but I will never order from here again. I ordered pizza last night for the family and there wasvery little sauce on our pizza. I called in to say I would like to have it replaced and they had to send a driver to receive theunwanted pizza, they couldn't just take my word that it was terrible. Then to top it off they said there was pizza missing, sothey would only replace one of the two pizzas. We had a couple slices half eaten sitting on the counter that I had to drive into prove that we weren't trying to pull a fast one, we were simply looking for better pizza (what we paid for). Still, evenafter driving to the store with the uneaten pizza, I was told I was wrong and that there was enough sauce and they would onlyreplace one pizza.They say a picture says a thousand words, so I figured might be easier just to add it here.... In my opinion,this was the worst customer service I have ever received, never mind a complete waste of time! Do yourself a favour and pay anextra $4 delivery fee (if you live in abby) and order from Mission City Pizza - great pizza and great service!! Read more
Pizza is personally my favorite place to order a pizza from, in Abbotsford. Period. Point blank, a cut above the rest or any... other ANY other J's Pizza, in town & has been since the first day this location opened.
