There night workers are so lazy and always say we are updating system so can't take orders. Happened to me 4 nights in a... row... Then today I asked how long for the system restart and they said 30 mins. So I wait and then come back then they tell methey are only serving drinks. So I ask how long for the food. And they say another 20 mins. So I wait as I am starving and justgot off night shift. Then they say after 20 that they are having trouble and might be another 30 mins..... i can see theemployees sitting and talking on there phones and not working... I showed up on my half hour lunch break, took forever to get my food while friends of worker were calling them up to the front... to chat. I finally get my food that has ?McDouble? printed all over it with ?NO PICKLES EXTRA ONIONS? I got pickles with noonions. Thank you for graciously ruining my day more than it already was. manager should be more focus on actual work NOT acting like school kids , it looks unprofessional and should be NOT be gossiping... in seating area.Just bad, too many clowns ,not worried bout their jobs. I wish the big black lady be fired ,just rude and why onearth gossiping is beyond me.Please fire her. Read more
While the food prepared was not bad, the staff did not seem to pay proper attention to orders, as I had placed my order via the... kiosk, so as to not miss any details, but still they managed to mess up my order. For example I had ordered a chicken McMuffin,but when I opened it a few minutes later, i realised it had no chicken in it! It was an egg muffin, and I had requested extrasyrup for my cold coffee, which somehow had even less syrup than regular! So not a very enjoyable visit. Read more
Literally the worst McDonald?s I have ever been to. Not only did we wait like 20 minutes for a simple order, the layout is... horrible with all the 10 different groups of customers waiting for their orders as well. The pop machine in the restaurant wasgiving out watery more than anything and needed changing, there were no napkins or straws, or really anything that customerswould need. All tables were dirty three times over. Also! The anxiety and freaking out of staff that could be heard from thepublic was absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Management was super rude and bossy. Nobody looked like they were having agood day at all. Some lady came inside who ordered five fries from the drive thru and only received 2 and she had to wait aridiculous amount to get the three packs of fries she needed. The worst McDonald's experience ever had. Unprofessional staff running around mix up multiple orders, waited more than 10 min... for an ice cream cone. One staff mop the floor with dripping mop turns floor to an ice rink and a kid fell off due to slipperysurface. Unfriendly Manager not willing to have 2 transaction for the app deal... just take another 2 min drive to theMcDonald's in the mall for a way better experience. Read more
Update 1 month on: Not changing any stars, in fact service has gotten worse. Ordered at the drive thru and noticed my order... seemed off. confirmed at the window and was told everything was correct. after receiving my order i had to go back inside. Nobacon on a Bacon western burger. I was told poutine waffle fries were available when i went through the drive through. receivedregular waffle fries. when i went inside I was told they havent had poutines for months. complete lack of effort or care by anyof the employees. If you need fast food pick a different location. its not worth it here Paid 5$ For a mcflurry with extraCream egg.. Half empty cup with no extra. Called back and manager "spoke with her coworker" who said they made sure it was extraand full... So she completely denied any reassurance over the phone, and asked me to return to the mcdonalds. I don't go in but every time I go they always make my tea perfect and my order correct . It doesn't matter if go at 4:30 in the... morning " I work graveyard shift " , or after 9:00 at night . The staff take the time to look at you so you know they care ifyou have a question or any concerns . That's what keeps me coming back . Best Earl Grey Tea by far . Read more
