This is horrendous service. I am here right now anf so far, I was given rotten lettuce and whe i asked to replace the burgers... they gave me a problem and said it looked fine. I had to pick up the lettuce and ask if it looked green to her. Finally it wasreplaced. There was another customer that had a mobile order and she watched her order sit on the counter for 7 minutes only tobe told, sorry for the wait and no explanation as to why it had not to given to her. The mcdonalds employee called out thenumber for the customer that she had told her order was complete and the customer already left. Another customer had been giventhe wrong sandwich and when asked to replace it she was given a hard time until the employee finally agreed to fix theirmistake. Two other people were waiting for 15 for a cup for a fountain drink and a smoothie only to find out that they were notable to make the smoothie and now had been waiting only for an empty cup. Service was fast and friendly and I would recommend for anyone looking to get a quick bite .
Service is very underwhelming and inefficient. Employees take a long time taking orders and simple orders like coffee or... breakfast sandwich can take then 10 to 15 minutes. I've witnessed other costumers cancel their orders due to them running latefor work since their order took to long to finish. Read more
If I could give a 0, I would. I have no idea why I kept going to this location, but today is my absolute last time. They're... always so rude. They always seem like you're a burden on their day, when you try to make an order. I've personally watchedcountless people leave, due to the rudeness, and also for the 15-20 minute wait times for a burger. Just absolutely terriblecustomer service. Out of the few dozen people I work with, only 1 still goes there. They would have most of us going at leastonce a day, due to how close our work is to there. It's probably family owned, so nothing will happen for the better, anyways. Read more
I don't normally leave a bad review about fast food restaurants, however this McDonald's is honestly the worst. The amount of... times that this McDonald's has forgotten items, and serve the wrong order is beyond belief. What's worse is that they are notever willing to make it right even if you have the food in hand with the receipt that shows that you are right. This morning forexample, I bought the chicken McMuffin blt, and was served a regular chicken McMuffin which literally had the special order ontop of the wrapper. They deny all responsibility. Avoid at all costs and just go to the one on Bourquin or Clearbrook. Read more
