Manager running the shift tonight was doing such a wonderful job, there was a customer in lobby who attempted to use a coupon... that was ripped in half. She explained that she couldn?t accept it because in order to use a coupon it needs to be full in goodshape. She handled the situation very well and was very calm and patient. I was in the drive thru and I had been told to wait while i was trying to order. 5 minutes go by and they reply to me rudely... saying are you ready to order very aggressively and I had said yes, can I have junior chickens and the employee replied to mesaying does it take that long to order two junior chickens. I had said ? that is very rude I was waiting for you guys.? At theend the employee had told me to leave the drive thru she is not serving me. Very disappointed with the service there. Being a holiday weekend it was very quiet , quick service. Another day ... Although not busy, had to wait for distracted staff... to come to counter to take order; then one of two items was not as ordered. I did not report error. Just drank as was. Thenbefore leaving wanted to use restroom....rang 5 times but nobody opened latch. Finally just left. Read more
You're only getting 2 stars because we actually got food. The service staff have nothing left for spirit, everything is... impersonal now since it's automated. They can't even ask you if you collect points when you drive through the drive thru, amachine has to do it. They don't repeat your order to you anymore or tell you your total. Kids love the fries and breakfast sandwiches... coffee is good for its price.
I come in for coffee every and now then and Mandy is always so nice and professional. I was having issues with my coffee order... not going to the kitchen and when I asked her about it she took care of it right away. I see her there often always smiling andoffering friendly customer service. I wouldn?t think to do a review for McDonald?s as it?s such a huge chain however she alwaysstands out when helping clients that I wanted to take a minute to do this. Read more
Where is the extra lettuce and extra mayonnaise in the sandwich. And I gave my order aleast five times to the cashier. I asked... her that she understood my order or not she reply yes. I wasted my 20 minutes on the order they said we are waiting on freshmac chicken. And When I open my box of sandwiches there is only sandwich bread and patty. I think think so there don't havefresh lettuce. Please give some knowledge skills to your night staff. Read more
I did a drive through and ordered some coffees. I also requested for two cups of hot water and I got that for free. I like that... you can get hot water for non-beverage drinkers who just want to stay warm in a cold day. Read more
