Hidden gem in the heart of Abby !!! Loved this place. Everything was delicious and couldn't have come out better. The imperial... spring rolls were probably the best I've had. The pho was different than the average pho and was less on the sweetness and moreso on the fresh herbs, very refreshing. Chicken wings were great and the iced coffee was the cherry on top. Can't wait to comeback here next time I'm in Abby. I might have to make a special trip out here it's that good! Read more
It was super vibey restaurant with authentic restaurant interior. The restaurant was packed the whole time we were there,... constant people coming and leaving. Super warm food for a cold day. The pho was delicious as well. As we have been to manyvietnamese restaurants, they don?t always speak fluent english, but here everyone could understand english which is great!! Theonly reason for 4 star is the lack of meat. Even with a large bowl of pho, we barely had 2 tiny pieces of beef and 2 meat balls.It was disappointment on the meat part. Read more
We've been going here for well over 15 years, but hadn't been for some time. The food remains excellent as does the portion... size. This restaurant is not to be confused with "Little Saigon" although the owners are related. The consistency in taste andquality here is unfortunately far superior to Little Saigon. Henry knows what he is doing and has managed to keep staff thatconsistency produces quality! The food is simply delicious including the richness in taste of the iced coffee. And, theirchicken curry is packed with meat...unlike so many restaurants that use rice and potatoes as fillers. There are no shortcutshere and you will not be disappointed in the taste or the value. Food was scrumptious, the ingredients were fresh with authentic flavours. I was in love with their imperial spring rolls...They... were incredibly crispy! It was my first time ordering from New Saigon and it did not disappoint! The service was great and the food was incredibly... delicious. I ordered the Tofu Hotpot Soup (added Vermicelli Noodles) and my partner had the C3. Medium Rare Beef + BeefMeatballs. No complaints from either of us! Read more
This gem is hiding in an inconspicuous corner of abbotsford, giving a lovely, embracing feeling of comfort food in a serene... atmosphere. ???? I ordered the grilled beef over vermicelli, and as someone whose VERY picky about the firmness of noodles,vermicelli especially, these were the perfect chew alongside the fresh veggies and crunchy spring rolls. (Oh, and you'll want tobuy extra spring rolls. They're always cooked crispy & fresh and frankly they are ADDICTIVE with their fish sauce). I've alsobeen looking for a good Thai tea in so long, and almost lost hope that I'd be top far from one; if I could can this stuff anddrink it everyday, I would. Especially New Saigon's Thai tea. Have been to this place couple of times. Good menu options, great quality food, good service, bit pricey though for the... ambience. Vietnamese Coffee and Royal Tea are absolutely amazing. Have tried some chicken entrees and those have been great.Food tasted pretty fresh and the portion size was pretty good. Wish they had Lunch portions on the menu.
