Our waitress was really nice and provided good service to us. But I ordered a salad and almost all the greens were rotten and... slimy, my salad was missing half the ingredients. I let our waitress know about the missing ingredients and she went back to thekitchen to talk to the cook. I continued to eat because we had waited so long for our food. The response from the cook was “he did put them in there” - however he truly did not, not overly impressed with the insinuation on his end that I would lieabout that. She brought me a small cup of cucumbers and some avocado that was completely brown, rotten and inedible. $22 for asalad and I left hungry. :/ Read more
Food wasn't terrible, but definitely mediocre. Coating on crispy chicken burger tasted burnt. Fries were brown but thankfully... didn't taste burnt too. Probably cooked in dirty oil. Ceasar salad needs more dressing. Nothing special about this place. Read more
First time here was not impressed with the food and my Daughter had to send back her food twice because she found a hair in it... both times and it wasn't her own because her hair was way shorter than the one on the plate and she hadn't even taken her firstbite yet. The waitress was all apologetic and offered another meal and said her (daughter)meal was on the house but that hadhair in it as well. She (waitress) apologized again and said that everything would be taken care of. So when I received a bill Iwas Surprised needless to say I wasn't impressed with the Service and will Not be returning. Do not recommend this place! Read more
I love OJ's! I recently moved to the area, but I rarely come to this location. I ordered the truffle parmesan chips and the... chicken gyozas (well done) for happy hour. (1/2 price) They were AMAZING! My only critique would be that there's not enough dipwith the chips! Amanda's service was unlike any I've ever experienced! She was very tentative, & seemed like she really caredthat I was enjoying my food. Never I have ever received such quick, friendly service!!!! Thank you! I highly recommend thisrestaurant. They have appy hour from 2-5 and 9-close every day! Everything on the menu is amazing, but I also recommend thelettuce wraps- they are my favorite! I tried the poutine as well, & it was good too! I would've given 5 stars, except for thelack of dip with the chips-I had to order 2 more. (I got garlic aoli instead of the vinegar one-it was amazing too!!!) UPDATE:So the menu has changed slightly, and I haven't been here for awhile. (Other than this past week) I HAD to try the 2 new menuitems for Happy Hour, and I attached a couple pictures of them.... Spicy chicken bites with BBQ ranch, and the Mini StuffedYorkies! I also had a Bellini, which is truly the best in town! I LOVE my sauce, so I had to order a 2nd dip, and asked forextra horseradish on my yorkies. These new additions were AMAZING! 8 of us went for drinks and appetizers last night and had a great night. The drinks were good and we also had a couple of... bottles of wine and yummy food. Our server Amber made it fun too. We would highly recommend you going there. 10 of us showedup today, no reservation and before you knew it we were sitting at a long table. Caleb was our waiter and what a great job hedid, with a smile on his face. We had light fare and all of it was delicious. Recommended!!! Read more
We had dinner at this restaurant tonight and I ordered the fish tacos, however it was mostly lettuce and the fish was stale and... tasted like rubbery chicken. I mentioned this to the waitress and she apologized and offered to substitute shrimp to only laterfind out we were charged an additional $5.25 for the shrimp, on top of that we never received the discount for the "Monday fishtacos special" Overall just wasn't satisfied with the food quality and customer service. I was in search of a hot dog and google maps showed me a review of original joes so I went. They stopped hot dogs three years... ago. I decided on a poutine and a beer. I had better poutine at dq and burger king. Not worth 15 bucks. I liked the atmosphereand the man sized napkins. Co worker and I came here on Saturday. I got the nachos and he got the chicken sandwich. Long story short, 4hrs later....I had... terrible diarrhea and almost puked on the toilet as well. Later that day I find out my co worker also got sick! Never again! Ieat out A LOT because I travel for work. You get one time to make me sick. The food wasn't even that great.
