Always use to get my pizza's from here, quality from past few months went drastically downhill when you order a large pizza they... literally stretch your pizza to medium missing chicken when asked no refund no replacement and yes they need to start packingpizza cutters in their boxes because clearly they cant cut it at all will never order from here again gave them so many chancesto improve but no efforts been made from them. Ordered a simple xlarge pepperoni pizza with mozzarella and sauce. They made the pizza with no cheese. When we went in to... address the issue, they said we ordered no cheese. We pulled up the order that clearly says mozzarella. She refused to takeownership of the mistake she made. Attempted to melt cheese on an already cooked pizza which ended up burning it. Then made us amedium pepperoni pizza, but we paid for a X-Large? All while my kids were waiting in the car, finally she made us what wewanted but continued to try and defend her mistake by blaming her system and apparently their pizzas don?t come with mozzarella?Makes no sense. Customer service sucked, definitely won?t be back. Disappointed as this use to be our fave pizza place. Read more
They refused to make a fresh pizza over an hour before closing. I tried calling in a few times before but there was no answer.... Beware, this place might effectively be closed a lot earlier than their schedule. Read more
I enjoy their pizza, it?s fresh, it?s tasty and lots of flavour. We had one of the order takers make the wrong pizza. Must have... been a language thing as the names can be complicated. We were disappointed but it was our fault for not double checking beforewe left. Still prefer this pizza for date night. Read more
One of the best pizza we?ve had. The Pizza was very unique and had a very distinctive taste. The dough was browned perfectly... and very soft and tender inside. We love the toppings and even enjoyed the leftover the next day. YUMMY! Read more
Went in to get pizza, when I opened the box it was very thin, had very little sauce and toppings and looked like it was sitting... out for a long time. Disgusting pizza, don't recommend going here. They will give you pizza that has been sitting on the counterfor hours. Read more
