We like Pizza Hut because you can optionally choose the crust with cheese filling. Sometimes the pizza is very greasy, you could... change something so that it's not too much. there are many tables and chairs in the store, the area is currently closed. Attention:manager-CEO of pizza hut.I would really appreciate this message getting to the CEO.We have been receiving deliveries... from the south Fraser Pizza Hut in Abbotsford for many years & we were beyond pleased & content because we always received thehighest experience of excellence provided to us by ?the amazing Helen?.My son and I call Helen this, even though we don?t knowher outside of Pizza Hut.She?s ?Amazing?because she always represents Pizza Hut-above and beyond excellence.There isn?t one jobin this restaurant that Helen couldn?t do,because we?ve seen her take charge, when the team was feeling overwhelmed at onetime.Her smile & her presence,along with helping & understanding-she?s intelligent & great!In my previous position as a mysteryshopper-I advised companies after assessing particular places about the amazing professionals as Helen.The companies providedthose employees with the respect and commendation and promotions that they deserved & We hope that Helen receives the samerecognition and respect. Went to order box meal pizza and chicken wings worst service ever. Asked for half and half pizza paid for my food then girl said... oh we dont do half and half but I'll make it for you then they were just standing around staring at me and then later they weretalking and again some other girl came to explain that they don't do half n half pizza I said what's the problem the girlalready told me and I've already paid for my food she just looked at me stupid and said oh I'm just making sure u understand. The food is good but I called yesterday to place an order for 3 bbq chicken pizzas and the person on the phone puts down chicken... wings and when I correct her she says "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?" Like what? I'm just trying to order I was being polite too and thenshe asked me if I was pranking her so I just cut it and drove 20 minutes to a different one. Read more

Love their pizza. Perfect crust and well backed. Toppings are good too. Mostly I orders online and it is ready when I go to pick... up. Staff is great. Well mannered. Only recently I experienced couple of impatient cashiers. But food workers have lots ofstress. So it?s ok. My dine in experience was great too. We had a friends lunch couple of years ago. It went really good. Thislocation is my favourite. Keep up the good work guys. Read more
Very disappointed! If I could zero I would. We asked for a well done pizza and confirmed with lady on the phone and she said it... would be. We just opened pizza box and the dough is still wet and the pizza is undercooked. My wife is 8 months pregnant andthis is a dangerous thing to do to someone. We called them to make them aware but lady on phone just kept denying and makingexcuses. I am surprised food agency has not shut this place down. Would avoid at all costs!!! Read more
