Normally, a decent location but I specifically asked for extra-dry cappuccino's and both our drinks couldn't have been wetter... if we were in the middle of a lake. When you charge a premium price, the order should be correct. I do visit here as its more about convenience since it's the closest branch to my house. But when it comes to their coffee it's... just not the same as the other branches. I thought that it was just one day. But then I tried it again and again andagain. When I visited Surrey or the other branch in Langley. The difference in taste was night and day. I tried the samecaramel ribbon crunch twice in one day from 2 different locations last week as I wanted to just confirm to be sure. Now I'mabsolutely positive that there is a difference. Staff are kind, helpful and amazing. I just feel disappointed that my closestbranch unfortunately doesn't deliver in terms of taste. In case the staff are reading this and you want to know what thedifference is. Well for the caramel ribbon crunch. Your version is way more watery than the other branch. On top of it, thepresentation could use some work. For instance the whipped cream which I asked to use less of. Ended up sinking to the bottom ofthe cup when given to me at the counter. It was really hard to drink as every sip was basically coming with a chunk of whippedcream. On top of that it just doesn't feel like it's the same ratio of mixing that the other branches use. I tried 216 st,Guilford and another branch in Surrey I'm not sure of the street exactly. I definitely would still continue to go here andhopefully see an improvement and revise my feedback at that time. By far the best customer service from Starbucks! I don?t normally write reviews but I was really appreciative of the... staff. Something was wrong with my drink today (July 30/22) and didn?t notice until later. Mistakes happen, so I just calledthem to ask if they could remake it and not only did they do that, they went above and beyond. Got it done right away for me, nomatter how busy they were. I was just happy for the remade drink lol but they were so kind and apologetic and really made sure Iwas satisfied. The kind of customer service you?d want everywhere :) Thank you to the staff! June 4/22 I must give a big thank you to this morning?s staff! Incredible service and completely turned my day around. Heading... out on a road trip early, my partner said we will grab a coffee from Starbucks versus me having my morning coffee?1st mistake. Idon?t function without it. Wanting to get ahead of the disaster to follow if caffeine was not in my system immediately, I placeda mobile order. With confidence I walked into the store only to find out I placed it at the wrong location ?the barista seeingmy stunned look, she didnt miss a beat asked me my order and went to work making my mobile order, while the other staff workedbetween the drive thru and helping filling the rest of the order. Great service and the staff were very friendly. The parking is a little tight but the seats inside are comfortable. There are... four comfy brown chairs that is noticeable in most Starbucks and of course these types of chairs are amazingly soft andrelaxing. There is a room off to the left side when you enter, which is actually a nice design layout. The lighting issurprisingly well suited to the layout and it gives you an atmospheric feel. The earthy tones are always a plus, since theoverall feeling is peaceful. I watched as a customer stated that something was wrong with their drink and the staff were veryaccommodating. Overall it was very clean and well taken care of. There is a ramp access a little bit away but not far enough tobe annoying. Read more
The starbucks in aldergrove is much better than anywhere else, I always got great service and the best coffee ever, I highly... recommend the Chestnut Praline latte. I know when I first ordered it here, I was shocked about spending 6 bucks for a coffee,the barrista informed me, " it is so worth it," well she was right!
