Drinks are good... the manufacturing process to get the drinks done is horrendous! 2 caramel frappe, 20+ mins and 2 reminders to... see my order before I got our drinks. They need to figure out a better system to move customers along. What they're doing, isn'tworking. Read more
Rude customer service, got my sandwich without a bun and they did not apologize. Lady with grey/blonde bob didn?t acknowledge us... either and had a annoyed look on her face while giving us a duplicate sandwich. Read more
It took 30 minutes to get our order via drive thru (short staffing was the reason the barista gave us), they were out of... multiple products and when we went to pay the scanner wasn?t working at first and they tried to tell me I had no balance on thecard. I did have a balance and I suggested they scan it again and it worked. The two ladies suggested it was my fault that itwasn?t working. I?m not sure how I could have had them scan the card another way? My wife?s drink was wrong but we decided toleave it because it would take too long to sort out. I understand there are staff shortages, but when you?re laughing andchatting, getting things wrong and it takes 30 minutes to get through the line? This is frustrating to customers. If you don?thave the staff, closing is better than offering terrible service. This was not just a bad experience at Starbucks, it was myworst experience at a dining establishment period. Don?t expect to order a Big Mac in the drive through. I?m not sure how it happened, but someone has made this mistake and asked... for a Big Mac. Hope it?s a true story because it makes it way funnier. You?ll be offered a healthier, more delicious option bywell-trained efficient staff. Next time you?re there, ask for a suggestion and try something new. After all, there was a firsttime that you tried your now-favourite. When you walk through the cafe, notice how pleasant the staff treat you and each other.Cleanliness is high on their priority list. Safe washroom to visit. I can?t help but think that if they pay that much attentionto detail in the cafe, the other side of the kitchen/bar must also follow suit. I?ll try anything twice. Read more

This is my number one go to coffee place when I am going to work or university. I was never a Starbucks fan until my sister... introduced me to their mint tea and their dragonfruit lemonade. Their drive thru is always fast and I?ve never had to complainabout my order. My order is always made fast and within reasonable time and I?ve always enjoyed my coffee warm and not cold asTim Hortons at Automall usually makes it. Read more
