Excellent customer service but I taking a one Star off because table little bit dirty
Staff very much in a rush even when not many customers. Made my drink very watery. Was sapose to be like a milkshake. But... wasn't. Will not be ordering it again. Bought 4 coffee mugs. When l got home. 2 of the handles where broken off. I do not knowif that was done when they received it or on the way home. But l think it was done there. I only live 3 blocks from the shop Read more

The staff and store are great ????????and the 1 stars is not for them they deserve at least 4 ?? ??????. That being said, don't... waste your money or points on getting Starbucks tumblers as they are cheaply designed and horribly constructed as they leak, notto mention incredibly overpriced. Come to this starbucks 1-2 times a week with my wife for a lunch time coffee date. Service is normally pretty good and... consistent. Anna is an absolute sweetheart, so it pains me to say she should not be making drinks. Whenever we walk in and seeher you know it is going to be a long wait for your drink and it will probably be wrong as well. Read more
