I'm a regular at this Starbucks on my way to work every Tuesday. My order is pricier since I can't have dairy and ask for a milk... alternative. Due to health reasons I ask for only 1 pump of coffee flavours so there's less sugar. More than once they've givenme more than 1 pump since my drink is so sugary. Just after a few sips I have to throw it away. Once they gave me regular milk.I noticed after a few sips - even after throwing it away I was sick at work which made it hard with having to see clients. Eachcoffee costs $6-7 Dollars and I've had to throw away at least 4 of my orders, since I'm at work and can't go back. I usually gothrough the drive-thru so I went inside. I POLITELY told the barista about my past orders and how a lot of my money was spentbuying drinks I couldn't drink and how I got sick. The staff is always so friendly and polite...she didn't say "sorry" for thepast mistakes...she didn't even try to make things right by offering me a free drink for all the money I wasted since theydidn't get my order right. Not open at 230 in the afternoon? Closed for a random store event. Who schedules store events for the middle of the afternoon?... The most ridiculous thing ive ever seen and not reflected on the website only on tiny paper signs at the door. Not to mentionthat areas traffic is a nightmare and so waiting 20 minutes in traffic for nothing.. Very upsetting Read more

Nice location, but honestly, probably the coldest temperature Starbucks I have *ever* been in. I am generally a warm person and... dont mind cool places, but this Starbucks is another level of cold. Service was great, everyone was nice. I did not ask staff toturn up the temp because I know the owner sets it, so I wasn't going to bother the staff about it. AC was going full blastevery time a door opened, mind you it was like 13ºC outside at the time. Defs an easy problem to fix. Read more
I?m not a regular Starbucks customer but if I really want to have a great coffee, especially my favourite drink Frappuccino ,... then I?ll go there. All their products are fresh and very tasteful and have a great quality. The staff always welcoming you withtheir beautiful smile and a friendly approach to keep their costumes happy. Read more
