Wouldn?t recommend this place! ???? I visited this location today (Dec 01) and had an awful customer experience. I think there... should be a customer service training for these employees. Employee name ??JASMEET? had attended me and she was annoyed justbecause there was 3-4 customers in store. She was in rush didn?t greeted me & just want to get rid off customers. At the endwhen I asked to label my subs, she labeled them 1,2&3 with light grey/silver pen that?s barely visible.Moreover, usually placesoffer if we wanna make it a combo with cookie or drink. I went in today to get a cold cut 6 inch sub. They literally gave me the kids size, which is 4 inches (my child gets it all the... time). When I told the lady, two of them decided to argue with me and say " we don't give Italian bread for the kids size".First of all, that's a lie. My child can choose whichever bread she wants. I would have paid for a child sized sub, noproblem. Instead they wanted to argue and charge me full price for a 4 inch sub. Another time - at this same location, I wasgiven crunchy stale bread. So what's going on?? I won't be back ???? Ps) rude staff! I hope management figures this one out. Ihave noticed that there are no replies to the multiple complaints here. Read more

I bought two subways right now from this location which were without patties. And I had no idea. But when we came home for... having dinner the sub way was neither crisp nor hot and without patty. Even the cheese was not melted in the subway. My childrenwere not ready to eat those subway and moreover those were very sweet . We reached back to the subway with that stuff but thestaff was very rude to me. They said you have to tell us whatever you want. It?s not our duty to ask the customer. You have totell me that you want patties in the subway. All that I can do is that I can give you patties separately to put in your subwaysbut you have to pay for that. I was there for the first time and it was very bad experience. Boy the staff members were rude andsaving one other by making false excuses. Order chicken sandwich and the chicken is like rubber you can not bite through it the sandwich bread was cut a thin layer off... the top so it was soggy and not wrapped proper so all fixings were half in bag it was the most horrible sandwich I've ever hadfrom this place and the cheddar amongst each other had to try to fix your sandwich and as you're trying to give them your orderso they get the order wrong they'll put on onions when you didn't ask for onions and they'll toast it when you don't want totoast it or try to toast it anyways rude rude rude in today's Times money is pretty tight you know and spending $15 on asandwich pretty much to have it be garbage it's just not right Read more

There were girls in the back kitchen screaming at someone over the... phone ands saying they want to quit there jobs here and complaining really loud lol. The girl who made my sub was also listeningin on that conversation and didn't make my sub properly. I ordered 2 subway clubs and walked out with 2 sandwiches with 0 meaton them. Not sure what kind of customer service they're providing here. Ngl, I was also listening in on the conversation anddidn't realize she toasted my subs with no meat whatsoever. The service here sucks. Even though, they were not busy, but there employees were rude and not greeting the... customers.Bread and tomatoes were old as I shared a photo, you can see how my sandwich looks like.
