This used to be one of my favourite places, but I will never return after receiving terrible customer service after ordering... online. Their online ordering system doesn't show the contents of their lunch boxes, just the names. Their website also doesn'tshow their menu. I googled "Sushi Nara Menu" and clicked the second link on Google, finding a menu that matched the names andprices of their online ordering system. I placed the order and returned to work, only to find that the order was not what Iintended. When I called the restaurant they told me they switched around which items are in which boxes since they posted themenu and that they will not correct my order. Just wow. Read more

I was very excited to eat ramen after a long time but as I took 2-3 bites which I wasn?t able to chew! I suddenly realised that... the chicken was not cooked properly, I told them. Then they brought another spicy ramen, but now the noodles were not cooked. Iwas really disappointed with the food. But the servers were nice so I tipped! Very much enjoyed our dinner from here. Had to wait a little extra for pick up as they were very busy, but with how delicious it... was, easy to see why it was busy! The beef yakisoba was one of the best I?ve had in a long time, and their rolls were alsodelicious, enjoyed the tiger a lot! Read more
