TERRIBLE! No line, I place my order, get to the window, she takes my payment and shoved a tray of coffee in my hand and tells me... to go wait in the parking lot for my food. I ask for sleeves and she says they are out. I ask for double cups and she saidshe?ll bring them to the parking lot and shuts the window. I park and not even 30 seconds later a man hands me my double cupsand a bag of food. I had 3 bagels and 2 hash browns in my order and only got 1 bagel and 1 hash brown. Frustrated I go back tothe drive thru window and as soon as I get there the lady is standing with my remaining order and says...we forgot your order weknow and hands me the bag. I get home and my French vanilla half coffee, is just French vanilla. WHY WAS THERE SUCH A NEED TORUSH. There was literally no one there. On top of that you mess up my order. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN. I?d rather drive the extra5 minutes and go to the one on 264/Fraser. They are amazing at that location! Read more

During Smile cookie season, this place makes the best cookies! A+. I love smile cookies more than anything, the nostalgia just... gets me. And on the very last day, during the last hours of the store being open, I ordered 5 smile cookies, but the kind ladygave me 6! When I got home, the smile on my face - bigger than the cookies lol. My family of 5 ordered 2 cookies, a muffin, a salad and a breakfast sandwich, each with a pumpkin spice latte, to enjoy on our... way to the pumpkin patch. The Tim Hortons employee who served us our food at our car window, told us that if we come again, togo into the store with such a big order. ???????????? So families, be pre warned, they don't want us using their drive thru.Also, she was extremely snarky and rude to us. Read more
Horrible customer service. They always forget something. Only 1 employee out of about 8 can speak a single work of English. How... can someone even like and work in Canada and not be able to speak or understand even 2 worlds on English? They are all rude andlie to you when you tell them they made a mistake. I have left this place with the wrong order and mistakes made on my mealssimply because you cannot explain to them what they did wrong because they can't understand and just stand there staring at you. Ordered tea in drive thru today around 5:10am. When I reached at my work I was sipping it and there was a fly in my tea. Just... make you open lid and check your drink is ok. Read more
ZERO STARS!! Last month at the drive thru they forgot my two Croissants. Today I went into prevent that but ended up waiting 3... times as long!! The only priority is drive thru since it is timed. 10plus cars went thru while only 2 inside customers wereserved. This chain is awful. All of them are garbage now. Don?t waste your time. Read more
I went thru drive at 5 pm during a week day, they didn't have chicken made told me I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes, then they... hardly had any muffins. This is not acceptable its dinner time and they were not prepared. My daughter and I were on the wayto her university and did not have time to wait. The sandwich they made me was not good at all, I ended up throwing most of itout. Will not be going to this location again. Read more
