The service today was terrible. There was one other woman and myself in the line and we waited about 8 minutes while two staff... members served themselves so they could go on a break but one girl couldn't get her card to work in the machine so we both stoodthere waiting for them. There were several other staff focused on the drive through and one of them finally served us while theother two continued serving each other. The chilli was good once I got it. Read more
Terrible experience. Found fruit flies in the ice of my drink. Showed manager and asked for a replacement, wouldn't offer that... claiming they came from my vehicle. Wouldn't give back refund either. Been buying food from here for years but this was theworst experience by far. Avoiding this Tim's from now on. Read more
I wasn?t at Tim?s but I was on the Wendy?s side of it and the burgers patty?s were crushed, the fries first round were cold, and... my mom and I had to listen to some lady cough like she was hacking up a hair all of phylum. Worst customer service . We ordered wrap but got Bun . We mentioned to the lady who was working in kitchen Named (Parmjeet) She... made our order wrong. instead of feeling sorry she was debating with us in front of everybody. She was so rude . I come to this location regularly. The girl taking my order at the drive thru was extremely rude. No thankyou no please no... greeting. Nothing. When she gave me my food at the window she never said Hi or Bye or Thankyou. Took my money while she lookedthe other way. I know she was an Indian student. Probably one of the worse Tim Hortons locations in Abbotsford. For 5 days in a row my drink has been incorrect I asked of a... vanilla cold brew with extra syrups and cold expresso foam and every time they give me a regular ice coffee. They love to stealmoney from there customer it seems. Switch over to Starbucks at least they'll get your orders right. Smh Read more
Third time this week I?ve received the worst bagel. Last time the whole bagel was burnt and had no cream cheese so I asked for... extra cream cheese today and this is how they made my bagel. Also ordered an iced capp on the weekend where the lady at thedrive thru tried to give me a medium iced capp cup only half filled when I paid the full +$3 and when I asked her to fill thecup properly she was very rude. Not really a person who writes reviews on fast food restaurant but this time I was actually really mad. I was in the drive thru... section I ordered my stuff and I was paying. I had asked for some napkins and condiments and the individual working there wasn?teven paying attention and was so into talking to her co workers. Which is totally fine talk to your co workers i really don?tcare but if I am calling you 5xs and your still not paying attention then it?s annoying another thing I don?t get is when yourgiving a hot coffee why are you not putting sleeves on like what?s the point of having them when your not gonna put them on thecup. I asked for a grilled cheese melt extra grilled every time I ask for that and every time it?s not even properly grilled thecheese is not even melted properly I understand when it?s busy and you just want to get the line through but this time it wasn?teven busy no one was behind me.
