The worst location. The person at the Til is also making drinks and doing other stuff. There is always a big line up(especially... morning time) and none of the staff seems to care. I went like after a couple months hoping the service might have improvedbut....very disappointing. My order was incorrect as well. Ordered Cinnamon Oat Caramel Latte which was filled with onlycinnamon and had no evidence of espresso shot or caramel. The worst service ever. Read more
This location is a block away from my house. Unfortunately It is by far the worst Tim Horton I ever been. I?ve visited the place... many time and I every time I thought to give them another chance. But every single time they have to mess up my order. Eitherwrong bagel, wrong order, wrong wrap, or wrong coffee. I used to love Tim Horton Coffee very much and now I really hate it. The service at this location is terrible. The drive through person rushed through my order, interrupting me every 2 seconds. I... was barely pulled up to the window when she said "cash or card, I said, cash or card?" I hadn't even stopped my car at thewindow yet!! THEN she huffed as I put my card back in my wallet because she had my bagel to give me and I didn't take it fastenough. I took the bagel, and with her other hand she was waving my drinks at me saying, "um...here!" When I opened my order, Irealized my bagel order was so wrong, as was my drink, my daughter's drink, and she gave us the wrong doughnut. I tried to callto make them aware of my horrible service, and they claimed the phone was "not working", that they "cant hear me", laughed andhung up. This location does not even deserve a single star. I have been going to them from the past month and everytime i go there, they... disappoint me every single time. The wrap is never wrapped properly, instead of green tea they give just black coffee,, if i askfor no whipping cream even then they put it. Here is a photo of the wrap i ordered. Yesterday I ordered the new habanero bowl and when I pulled up to the window the woman proceeded to hand me a wrap. I told her... that I ordered a bowl and she looked at me and said "just take the wrap." I told her that I would like what I ordered. She toldme to pull in front of the building and that she would bring out my order to me. I had to wait 20 minutes! What a waste of time.They can't seem to get a handle on making iced coffee or coffee in general. Any time I have ordered one it's either missing thebase (sugar), it is watery or has a ton of coffee grounds in it. No more Tim Hortons. I'd rather go to McDonalds Read more
I don't know why I don't like it as much as some other Time Hortons. Maybe because it has no benches or soft seats? I mean, the... decor is nice but I just can't figure it out. Great customer service! I asked for 4 Large Ice Caps and 2 wraps. The wraps tasted great and they were well cooked! The ice... caps were filled to the top and tasted great. Best ice caps I ever had! Everyone was really friendly. The lady at the window wasreally polite. Read more
