Good food but need to learn some math, bought a large iced capp and 10 timbits I paid with a 20 and they said it was a 10 and... only gave me 3 dollars back and literally tried to give me proof showing that I paid with a ten, I think there is a differencebetween 10 and 20. Love Tim's , just not this location . They have 3 ice capp machines none of which ever work . Their drive through is always 20... cars deep and the worst design ever with people cutting you off . So, I often visit this location as it is near to my workplace but the staff oh my god! They show very wired attitude. I never... felt welcomed here, few weeks back I ordered an ice cap and the girl working there handled me a regular ice cap though I haveordered mocha ice cap, I just want to tell her that I ordered this and that employee just grab the cup and put some chocolatesyrup on it, tastes very bad like seriously very bad. Even today when I visited there, it was the same employee and with sameattitude, she didn?t even replied to my thank you and she just place the cup and straw on the board, no customer service. I've tried and tried to be patient with this location as it's right by my house but I give up. Continually told "out of tim... bits", "out of 12 grain bagels", out of out of out of.... This morning I figured I'd beat the odds and order just an XL darkroast. 2 milk, 2 sugar. Specified milk, I don't like cream. I got a large handed to me. I said I'm sorry it's supposed to be XLand was told "oh I only charged you for a large".... whatever, I take it shaking my head. Get on the highway and it's not evendark roast. Just a regular coffee with cream and no sugar. Tim hortons has gone so far downhill over the years. Terrible service by the employee working drive thru a few minutes ago gave me attitude ....I asked for double toasted ... everything bagel they were out of stock... which I find crazy since they only have 3 options now... they made me wait when noone was in drive thru... then I had to get a 12 grain bagel AND they did not double toast (it was soggy) and cream cheese wasall over the place ... I will never return to this location it use to be a great place with excellent service....I'm not sure ifnew owners or what but they do not deserve to have this franchise and they should not be allowed to represent the brand I willnever return to this location .....I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!!!!!
