Not great. Burgers size is very small. Prices are high. Won't go back to any Wendy's. Not worth the money.
This location is usually pretty good but the woman who took my order today was very rude and had little to no patience with me... :,( I look in the bag after and they had given me the wrong sauce and only one of them, which happens, I know but it felt moredevastating after having the rude experience. Horrible service, rude staff, rushing my order like u was an intrusion on there day. Get my meal home and it looked like... complete garbage. Look how thin the patties are? The frys were cold and my daughter and I wont be back. The fast foodindustry in Abbotsford has gone into the toilet. Read more
They might as well close the counter at this location because the staff here are all focused on the drive through. I always end... up having to stand by the counter at the register and the staff walk by and their only acknowledgement is that they look annoyedthat I am there. The tables are always dirty as is the floor. The burger I received today was the final straw - it was dry likecardboard, frozen previously for sure, and cooked easily an hour before and reheated in a microwave. I ended up throwing half ofit out. Seriously, just shut the counter and dining room down and keep the drive thru open before someone gets sick. Read more
If I could pick no stars I would. I work next door and every time I go in there staff behind counter look at me and ignore... me. No acknowledgement whatsoever. Tried the new breakfast items today, which were great and it's nice to have a new selection in the mornings. I urge people... visiting during breakfast time to be patient as the new systems being implemented are going to take some time to figureout. This location in general has always been a favorite of mine and everything has been fresh and accurate. The continue to bevery quick even during peak hours. Read more
Food was well done. Hot and well presented. Staff are friendly and the building is modern and bright. But the cleanliness. Wow.... Most tables were dirty. The napkin/ketchup station had a drink spilled all over it and the floor and a total mess. It was stilllike that 30mins after I was there. Funny it's within 10 feet of the front counter too and staff weren't super busy. Read more
Ordered a chicken burger it came with 6 inch hair in it. The manager then asked all the staff why they weren?t wearing hair... nets. Head office should review the quality of managers at this location, disgusting!! Will never go back!! Read more
