The service was rather lacking as we had to get the manager to get us refills after waiting 10-15 minutes. The breadsticks were... clearly under proofed as was our pan pizza. They only provided us with cold marinara sauce which having managed another PizzaHut is not a difficult fix. Overall very dissatisfied with our experience and will refrain from using this branch. When we arrived, employees came out to the car to let us know that the day shift had not shown up to work, but the night shift... was there & willing to serve us with a limited menu. They made every attempt to give us awesome service due to thecircumstances! Read more

The staff at my local Pizza Hut are great been going there for 25 years. Unfortunately the product they put out because of cuts... here and there by Pizza Hut, (according to the staff) make it difficult to keep ordering. Pizzas have virtually no sauce anymoretoppings are hit and miss. If ordering bread sticks you barely get enough sauce to dunk 2 of 5 bread sticks ridiculous for whatyou pay. Furthermore when ordering extra sauce cups they only fill them barely enough for 2 additional bread sticks againcompletely ridiculous for what you pay!!!! All I can say is bad form Pizza Hut, you really need to rethink how you supply andserve your customers. This pizza hut is a hit or a miss. Some days it has excellent pizza (our absolute favorite) but sometimes it has junk. I... wouldn't suggest ever preordering pizza for a late time because it seems like they make it early and have it sit for hours. Thishappened twice where our pizza was hard as rock. If you have it made and you pick it up 15 minutes later, it tastes great! Thisis the good stuff. They seem to be closed often, and I havent figured out their exact hours yet, but I would just call. Theirstaff are hilarious and super spacey, but for the most part they make good pizza! I'd only recommend this place because therearen't too many pizza places in Eagle River. Read more
