I?m a regular Bob Evans customer. I usually go the location in bel air but was closer to Aberdeen today. In comparison,... Aberdeen?s pancakes are considerably smaller. Walked in, no one was smoking out front but it REEKED of cigarette smoke. Walked in seemed like 3 people working and fairly... empty save the row of car club vehicles (one table) Stood there for about 15 minutes and no one said anything, no eye contact,no one checked the front, nothing. Another customer had an annoyed look on his face (later found out his "20 minute pick uporder" had him standing there for 45 mins!) Anyways, the members of our party whom were running late finally made it and STILLno one had talked to any of us. Then who I'm assuming the manager woman came out and was rather "well I'm here now" rather than,"I'm sorry you've been waiting for so long" which was frustrating. Well I ordered a protein bowl which was listed as about $12 the meal and some how by asking for coffee the price jumped $5 and... he said well you ordered a drink plus taxes! I ordered a regular hot coffee with cream and sugar which was burnt and bitter bythe way. For my food I got what looked like a omelet and wow was it bland and the onions over cooked and soggy. Plus I had to await 15-20mins for said omelet which again was not what I ordered. I was on my way somewhere so had no time to check untillater. This was my first experience at a Bob Evans since im from out of town but wow I wouldn't go here again ever and couldn'trecommend it. Read more
Excellent service Delicious food and Ice cold beverages! Did I mention the Excellent service?!!
Food took a long while to come considering how empty it was. We ordered the steak medium rare but came arrived extremely rare... (super thick cut) Sent it back and it was heated up a bit more. Chicken was good. Staff was friendly but looked super tired.Meals were tasty but a bit greasy. Prices were cheap and the decor was full of Americana. Read more
Amber sucks she need better people management skills didn?t even check to see how long my order was going to take. Kept telling... me 30 min 30 min I was already sitting in there for 20 min. Then Amber try to lie and say she took my order like girl no youdidn?t? I ordered online . The Manager and the blonde haired girl with the big eyes were nice. Update Manager gave me arestaurant card so I?m changing my 1 star to 3 stars he was very nice and helpful Read more
In my kids words.... The food was Bussin!!! Loved our waitress! Felt like home when she went into Mom mode... lol!
