Used to be a GM at this place for less then a year up until about 3 months ago when I went out on leave.. i left before I even... came back , due to NEW poor upper management & What HR allows the company to do.. this store has Always had disgusting standards. The upper managers ( districts managers and HR team ) don't care about their staff at all , if you don't have black &whiteproof against someone and you're not a district manager or higher , they don't care what goes on . I had to get the healthdepartment and a lawyer involved . They wanted us to Use expired products by switching the dates on them , which I refused . Iwas constantly going against the upper management because what they expect, was against health code & against labor laws . newgeneral manager & new shift managers doesnt have any food handler licenses or a servsafe. Makeline was broken for the 2 months Iwas on leave &they were serving food out of it so I had to call the health department while I was ON LEAVE cos no one else didit . I told the HR rep all of this and had pictures .. they don't care . It's actually sad . There's no stability there , theygot rid of the whole old staff so they could train the new staff to do it their way because I didn't allow it ( I've been inmanagement for 5+ years ) , instead of the right way . They have minors on oven and working later then their permits allow (which could get the whole Company in trouble) It's the companies fault that they allow this , they know what they're doing .They get people they think they can mold into the way they want, to save money on products and food and labor.. And if you're amanager who actually knows regulations, food safety & labor laws & you say something - they try to get Rid of you to cover Theirown self . Read more
I have never had an issue with this dominos. I usually do car side delivery because of my daughter. They always bring it out... right away I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes at the very most! They are always so nice and will say hi to my babywhen she's awake. I have lived in the area for about a year and this is my go-to pizza place. Read more
Alright I will start with the fact that the young girl behind the counter was definitely trying to do her best and remained very... polite. Everyone else, not so much. Going in reverse would be faster. I literally watched one guy check was in a box 4 times.Yup, still a cheese pizza. My order was almost complete (20min late) when he tells the one girl actually working to make pizza"pepperoni is done, going to deliver this order". You could have given me my order in 30 seconds. They didn't put any sauce( I ordered extra sauce) there was enough cheese for about two slices, and the dough was too raw to... eat. I tried to call for the next few hours, they never picked up and then shut down the online service. Good waste of 20dollars I couldn't even eat one slice. That is how I opened it below. Read more
App delivery said 27 to 37 min delivery, ordered at 139p, final check done at 152p, order leaves store at 245p, arrives at... destination at 311p. Store has no concern with product putting out. Pizza was cold and over cooked. I'm sure corp wouldnt showthis pizza on a commercial. It's not mentioned in app if store connected with has a longer than expected wait time to preparefor this. So amazed at how amazing the food was. ALL the food was beyond fresh and amazing. SUPER delicious and i literally can say... delivery took about 20 min or so super quick. VERY very impressed. JOB well done who ever is running this establishment. Stellarwork all around. Kudos to the management and staff.
