I love the food here. Best roast beef I've ever had. When I lived in New Jersey I'd go here all the time. Good to see one open... up near where I live now. Why'd I take off a star? They had a promo running where you buy one sub at regular price and get aregular sub for a minimum $3 donation to charity. Without asking they take the promo card and charge you full price. Tried 3 times going to this new location but everytime there is issues. Tonight I ordered online, waited 20 minutes, showed up... to pick up my subs and it took another 45 minutes to get my food. Other people were coming in ordering and getting their food. When I asked them what was up she said they are busy. Think i need to go back to the Belair location. Read more
Excellent gluten free experience!! Staff member, Wiz, took amazing care when I said I needed GF for coeliac disease. He took my... order and prepared my food in a clean separate area. He put a paper cover down, wore new gloves, used dedicated utensils andsauces in squeeze bottles so they couldn?t have been cross contaminated. Everyone had a delicious (and stress-free) sub! Visited to carry out a weekend lunch and was pleased with the entire experience. The staff was very welcoming and built the... sandwiches with care. Ordered a #9 Club Supreme, a #13 The Original Italian, and a mini Turkey and Cheese. Zero complaintsacross the board. Will return when in the area and hungry for another sub. Read more
First, notice most of the bad reviews are from "people" with only one or two reviews to their name. Been at this location 3... times already and all experiences have been great. Subs made to my liking, stacked with meat. Worse case was slightly heavy onthe mayo. The place just opened and people just need to bash for the sake of bashing. So happy we have a Jersey Mike's in thearea and good luck! Read more
Just opened and the service was good.. My sandwich was good! Thank you guys and gals So I ordered from Uber Eats.. You can?t... select diet or regular Pepsi. The picture shown is a regular Pepsi, which I though I was going to get ? Instead I received aDiet Pepsi. I was able to get a refund from Uber .. Just want to give you a heads up. The mistake didn?t come from this store,it came from the bel air one. I ordered on August 6th .. Spoke to the store manager as well and let him know this ? Thank you ..Keep up the great work .. These guys are extremely busy right now and doing a wonderful job. I saw at least 100 sandwiches go out the door in the 30... minutes I was there. But yes, since they are new, the orders are taking a while. The older gentleman is doing a wonderful job! Read more
Ordered online. Pick up time was 7:40. Received food at 7:53. They were out of wheat bread. Two sandwiches were requested with... mayonnaise, but when we opened them there was no mayonnaise. Another sandwich had random globs of honey mustard and mayonnaise,even though no sauce was requested on that sandwich. Read more
