I like McDonald's for breakfast. There are two McDonald's in Aberdeen and I find this one to be the best in getting my order... correct and being able to deliver the food products that are on the menu. Some McDonald's just don't have a clue on breakfast.Place is kept clean and well maintained. The staff is a mix of well experienced employees and a lot of new ones so you have tobe aware that things could be not 100% but there are skilled people there you just need to double check to make sure you getwhat you need. This particular location is opened 24 hours via drive thru. Dine in closes at 10pm. Food is always fresh and hot especially the... ???? fries. I usually order my meals via app. You are not charged until you arrive at the restaurant and confirm code. Staff issuper friendly and care about making sure orders are correct. I haven't visited this McDonald's in year's! My husband had a bad interaction with the owner themselves after they opened. Well,... I decided to give them a try one evening recently. Customer service was great and staff was very polite. As a matter of fact thegentleman (who mentioned his noni) who seemed to be possibly the manager that evening was amazingly polite! He spoke with graceto customer's in the drive thru. That is how service should be! I happen to witness this by accident. I was given the wrongsandwiches and returned them. The gentleman I think was in charge apologized and made sure my order was correct. Thank you forthe great service. Hopefully one day I can invite my husband to give this McDonald's another try. This location is normally my favorite because their food is usually fresh. Not the case here recently. I ordered a large nugget... meal but didn?t exactly get a ?large? meal. First of all, my cup wasn?t all the way full. Looks like the worker didn?t feel likewaiting and just said screw it. Secondly, my fries were pretty much a small size in a large box. This is extremely infuriatingif you?re a fry lover like me. It?s showing pure laziness. And finally, the food wasn?t fresh. I paid for a large and shouldhave gotten a large meal. This branch has always been a nice one. Shout out to two of the employees at the branch. The peoples name are Nicholas and... Patrick. I waited 25 minutes for my order placed at 8 PM, well after dinner prime time hours, only for them to tell me they're "going to... start making it now". Well sorry, my meal break is only 30 minutes. Mind you this is after placing the order before I even leftso it was in the system for at least 30 or 35 minutes. I have never been to a McDonald's this slow in my life. This McDonald's is hit or miss. It seems like it's getting better recently - but I've waited a half an hour for food or I've... waited only a few minutes. Sometimes I get what I order, sometimes I don't. Sometimes the employees are great and nice and othertimes I feel like there's about to be a fight in the dining area. Waited 40 for a hot chocolate 10 mcnuggets and fries. McDonald's is losing the thread, if they qualify that as fast food. If... efficiencies are made by installing kiosks. Why did they lose the cashier's they have nobody to surge to handle or track orders.The only person to track orders and make my hot chocolate was the manager.
