They encourage you to use order kiosk to speed up the line. Great. No worries. No receipt printed and I was give. The wrong... order. They fixed it, but I should not have to go back to get it fixed when I waited so long the first time. Read more
Stood in line at the register for 20 minutes to then be told they won?t take my order I have to use the kiosk. So I then stand... in that line for 30 minutes!!!! I got my food and the Oder was a Cheese Dog ?the bun was hard as hell and the dog barely warm.?Also an order of chicken tenders ?cold and also hard as a rock? and last but not least the bacon ranch fries that were soggy ashell and barely enough to fill a small fry bag at McDonald?s. This is the worst ever Nathan's! I honestly think it's a combination of bad management and terrible employees. I stood in line... 15 minutes today and got to the register. No corn dog nuggets, no corn dogs, no French fries, no sauerkraut. What kind of placedoesn't order enough food?!!! The employees are more interested in their conversations than the customers and when they do cometo the register, they don't even make eye contact. They're looking all around the dining room. Do yourself a favor and don't gothere. Seriously it's the WORST fast food place consistently that I go to and I drive a truck so I eat out a lot. I ended upwith nothing after all that waiting. Worse place ever, the lady who serve the counter was unprofessional and has attitude. They don?t have half of their menu. The... chicken was nasty and they don?t even warm it. So, I just happened to stop by for a quick restroom stop at the Maryland House rest area. The initial goal: Relief myself and... get back towards my original destination. However, upon walking in, I smelt the awesome aroma of the food being made, and afterchecking my wallet and making my pit stop , I decided to see what I wanted. Well, there's plenty of options here, but seeingNathan's and looking at the menu, I decided to go for you guys. If I could go home and buy me a pack of your branded hot dogsand make them home, I had no reason to get them here. So I looked passed them and saw things on the menu I never thought you'dcarry: fries in particular. I decided to go for it. Well, that's where the intriguing experience ends. The working employees onthe shift, 4 at that I could see, were all congregated in the front, waiting for business I assume. However, seeing me observethe menu, they figured I was still making my mind up. No friendly greeting, but no fuss about that. Anyway, one of them startedmotioning at me, but in no way as communication, but as if they were mocking me. After I noticed and made eye contact, then Iwas met with a "Do you know what you want yet", in which I replied, Yep. The rest of the order dialogue went smoothly, and I gotmy food relatively fast. I said thank you, and walked out to my vehicle with haste, as I was hungry and looking forward to agood snack. Well, if you see the fries in the picture, not exactly sure if they look crisp or appetizing to whoever might readthis, but I took a bite and noticed how unusually soft they were. I was certainly looking forward to nice crispy fries. But atthe fry on top, it tasted undercooked and a bit sweet, which surely threw my tastebuds into a ruckus. I just stopped at thefourth fry and discarded of all of them. Please, next time someone comes to this location, make sure you get your fries crispy,even if they are the ones that are topped. I'm going to jump on this band wagon and say that this was not a great experience. Ordering at the kiosk doesn't bother. And I... know this is a roadaide stop, so the prices are going to be higher. I ordered 2 hotdogs, cheese fries, and a drink....$21. whenI got my food, I was yelled at for asking for mustard. the Hotdogs we're solid, but the fries tasted old and they were veryundercooked.
