They do well most of the time, but on the days they don't, they REALLY don't. On those days, there will be 10-15 customers... standing around waiting for their food, 2-3 employees making food, and then multiple employees just standing around or doing"busy work" rather than helping the people prep food. Just seems like a gross mismanagement of resources by this managementteam. I stood around for 20 minutes one day watching a manager walk around ask multiple employees standing around if they neededanything while the 2-3 employees prepping food were working themselves to death. Food is always delicious here, but I noticed the rapid pick up isn?t so rapid anymore. The last few times I placed an order... online, I always get the ?your order is delayed? email, and when we get there we?re waiting an additional 10 mins. But.. thefood is good! Read more
I ordered on doordash, spent the $8.99 delivery fee and STILL received the wrong order. The driver stated they told him this was... my order and it quite obviously wasn?t. I?m so sorry to the person that children won?t be having lunch today because now I have4 sandwiches and 4 chocolate milks that ARE NOT MINE. Please for the sake of those that are at home waiting for orders, clarifywhich is who picking up for who. Read more
Usual upbeat decor. Clean. Friendly staff. Got the artichoke souffle which was tasty and I might possibly get it again. Panera... is always a good choice to go even though I don't normally go there. We'll go again... someday :-) Read more
Curbside pick up on the 16th! Sandwich was soggy and unappealing. Chicken noodle soup was extremely salty and had a weird odor.... To top it off, the baguettes were both stale. Also I checked in on the app when I arrived at the store and followed instructionsbut the employees ignored me for an extended period of time so I ended up parking and walking inside to grab the order. Update:I did leave feedback for the store directly as well and I need to add that no one has reached out to me to rectify thesituation. Read more
I tried the new Thai soup last time I was here, and it was very good. Not as spicy as a typical curry, and still had a good Thai... flavor. I went with 1/2 a bacon, turkey, bravo sandwich to go with it. The sauce on the sandwich did not pair well with the Thaisoup, but that's my fault. I would recommend both, just not together. Read more
Most of this review applies to online orders with medium to large sized orders in a large bag or multiple bags. Bottom line,... ensure you fully inspect your order for all items, because the store will likely miss things (along with the folks responsiblefor checking your order). The last few orders have missed portions of meals, not just sides! Last order missed turkey chili, aMediterranean bowl, a whole baguette (all sides). That was after watching three employees check the order. In restaurant ordersand food quality are typical of most panera restaurants. Read more
