Terrible timing and service. I ordered an online order at 9:36pm on a Wednesday, therefore, not a busy night. An hour later... still no pizza. So I call the store and the woman on the phone tells me that the delivery driver will be leaving soon with it soexpect it in another 30 minutes. I?m sorry, what?! One hour and 30 minutes for one pizza? You?re kidding me right? So whenquestioned, she tells me the excuse is because they only have one delivery driver tonight. Absolutely ridiculous. Even if that?strue, it doesn?t mean your pizza takes one hour to make and still have a half hour travel time. Even when I expressed mydisappointment, all she had to say was ?Well, sorry.? Ordered a Med pepperoni, every time the pizza is not cooked all the way. Very doughy won?t be visiting this Aberdeen location... any more. I've ordered delivery from Papa John's (764 W Bel Air Avr, Aberdeen MD) sporadically for years now. Since they started the... quality sealed sticker I've never had issue with the sticker not being intact upon rcving the pizza. Tonight the driver rolledup to my drive way parking side ways and delivers a box with the sticker not in place. The girl on the phone told me that hermanager said "we cant make me a new pizza, nobody did anything to the pizza, and the sticker just came off". The pizza fromthere has gone down hill anyway. I just needed food delivered for the kids due to being fatigued. It seems their customersatisfaction is headed down the same track. This maybe minor to some, but the delivery driver disrespect for pulling up acrossmy drive way in such manner and the nonchalant customer service, it's got me nervous about the eating the pizza. For me and myfamily, we'll take our service elsewhere. Read more
Our pizzas arrived late, cold, and so lacking in toppings or sauce that they were completely dry and inedible. Additionally, the... delivery driver did not observe ?no contact? delivery but knocked on the door, freaked my dogs out, and then balanced the pizzason a bannister instead of just putting them down. First off got a pizza and the dough is raw. Called and just asked for a new pizza. Called several times after not receiving a... pizza in an hour and a half. Was put on hold for over 5 minutes and staff refused to tell me why I still have not received mypizza. Then I told they have 1 driver at the store. This is stated as a retired military owned store, as a retired militaryservice member this is unacceptable. I ordered at 11:30am and put delivery for 12:30PM. It was time for my break and my food had still not been delivered. I called... to see about the status of my order and the girl who answered the phone laughed and apologized about how they had a customerissue and only 1 driver and that my pizza should be walking out the door right that moment. This is a very big inconveniencefor me as I only have a 30 minute break and did not bring a physical lunch. This establishment needs to be staffed accordinglyto get deliveries out on time. Read more
