This place Has HORRIBLE I MEAN HORRIBLE!!!! Customer service!!!!! They Never Sent my Food after I Spent my 24$ With delivery fee... included, all because I didn?t add a Tip. After the cashier told me my food was 10 mins away, no one called to reach out if theyhad the wrong address. I tried to get my food the next day, because I was maybe 4 miles out the radius they still wouldn?tdeliver. They would not return my money to my card, they just showed that they did not care for how BAD my experience was. Alsomy friend told me after this horrible experience that he stopped ordering there because he?s found hair in his food on multipleoccasions I would not eat there ever again and I suggest you don?t either ???????????? I'm from Houston and I couldn't really find anything good to eat here in Aberdeen. I went to a couple places and they didn't... even acknowledge me when I came in but then I found Pats and they gave me great customer service. I've been here a few days andthey have a nice menu to choose from. Food is really good, thank you for your service! P.S. We both very much liked our dishes. The wife will come again and I'm ok with it too. I loved the fries! The Cheesesteak Rustic... was really really good but a tad pricy. The Mrs. very much enjoyed the Chicken Burrito Bowl. The place clean and the servicegood and chipper. Recommend! Read more

Not happy. When you have raised the price of your food and you still put rotten vegetables on customers food, it's time to take... action. I used to order once a week for my family here. I called to tell the manager about the quality of some of our food. Theycame and retrieved the food without a refund or a call back to make the future better for both parties. Do I get my 15 dollarsback? Do I get a credit for another meal? Have heard nothing for 3 days. Hopefully you fired the lousy cooks . Let me start by saying my husband and I eat dinner out, every night. We don?t have time or the want to cook. So we know a lot... about food and service. We have never had a bad experience at Pats. We have always gotten normal sub shop foods. But tonight weordered pasta. Amazing!! Don?t sleep on this place! The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and huge portions. Best chicken parm I?vehad. The pizza was ok great crust but they barely put any sauce or cheese and the chicken topping was cooked too hard. The wings were... good. I got the BBQ wings.
