1st time here & we actually just stumbled across it so we stopped for lunch. We sat outside on the deck & had the place to... ourselves. Drinks were decent & server was very nice. The seafood flatbread was awesome however the meatloaf not as good. Weordered garlic parm wings but got buffalo garlic. 1st bite was instant burn (lol) & I knew something was wrong. Our serveragreed they didn?t look right & quickly got it corrected. Once correct the wings were pretty good, nice & crispy (ourpreference). Overall for an impromptu visit it was pretty good. The hand crafted cocktails are pretty good. I got the mango island. It was very well balanced and not boozy. The crab burger... patty was way overcooked and dry. The crab dip on top was pretty good, but a little too salty. The fries were cooked perfectlyand hot when the meal came out. The atmosphere is nice, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Heading into the restaurant with no expectations, so I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered based off recommendations from the... waiter as I could not decide. I went with the catfish with macaroni and cheese, and cornbread. Hubby had a crab dip burger withfries (very juicy and moist he says). The catfish was lightly battered and cooked to perfection! If you are a texture personthis is for you. The crunch and the flaky tenderness were a perfect match. Mango iced tea!! Not sure how this place gets so many great reviews. We got a burnt burger and was terrified by the nasty Ketchup bottle refilled... God knows how many times to try and cover up the taste. The supposed brick oven pizza was an over cooked Red Baron from thefreezer. Pretzel sticks app came with cold cheese whiz. For $60 it wasn't as good as McDonald's. Read more
The crab soup had lumps of crab meat lightly seasoned yet very tasty. The fried shrimp is so good you can actually taste the... shrimp. A good place to hang out for entertainment and good food. Very nice laid back "old school" family type atmosphere. Owners and associates seem pretty cool as well. I had the crab soup..... cuda been more crab, of course lol,.. but frfr,... Had a quick stop for dinner. Nice bar/restaurant in the neighborhood. Very friendly and helpful waitress.
Was not what we expected when we came in the joint but.... GOOD VIBES the entire night. Waitress was very pleasant even tried to... get me to dance. DJ was ????????????! All we were getting was a bite to eat and drink. Read more
