I'm giving this review one star because you can't give anything less. From the time we walked in the door to the time we left... (over 2 hours for 3 hamburgers and 1 cheese steak) nothing was right. While waiting to be seated (over 30 minutes) a youngcouple arrived and, seemingly, because they knew one of the employees were seated promptly. That's when we should have left. After, finally, be lead to our booth we were greeted by our server ( a little too cute) and placed our drink orders. When shebrought them we asked for a few more minutes to decide on our dinners. Shame on us. Upon her return we placed our dinnerorders. After waiting, what we thought was a reasonable amount of time we sought out the manager to inquire about our order. His explanation for the delay was that they had 2 large parties that they were tending to. When our dinners finally did arrive,a total of 40 minutes, one of the items was incorrect. When our server returned with the correct item, a cheeseburger, thecheese was barely melted. Another employee approached our table and presented us with a $10 gift card. This was a nice gestureon their part, but still didn't compensate for our overall dining experience. Prior to her retirement my wife was employed inthe food service industry for over 30 years and there could be no better judge on the operation of the food business. Sadly, wewill not be returning. I came for the chicken fried steak. It was a small cooked frozen disappointment. You would think a steakhouse would have 'the... real thing' and you would be right. The sweet potato mash was good though I think the regular mashed would have been a betterchoice. The salad was cold, crisp and fresh! Service was outstanding! Price was reasonable for a specialty meal served onlyM-F. Noise: horrible, The metal roof echoing the customer's noises almost unhindered. Will I go back? Yes, the other itemson the menu call for a taste but I will not be in a hurry. Read more

First time diner and was a little worried after reading some reviews. We had a fantastic experience. Everyone working was... pleasant and attentive. We were seated quickly, received drinks and bread very fast. Ordered appetizer, which came out veryquickly as well. Our steaks were cooked to perfection, tasted great and again came out very quickly. I?m only giving a 1 star because I can?t give a negative 5 stars! 1st and last time I will ever go here. After almost 3 hours I... left without eating my meal. 4 steaks cooked wrong out of 9 guests another 3 steaks sent out wrong again. Then 1 sent back athird time to still be wrong. I gave up and ended up with McDonald?s but still paid for crab dip that was sent back and an overcooked chicken sandwich which came out 20 minutes after everyone else?s meals. They charged us $8 each for a domestic COORSLIGHT!!! My steak should have been med/rare and came out med/well. The owner said that?s their medium. A steak house that can?tcook steaks, Come on really? For food this horrible the check should have been totally comped and you should be ashamed of thefood quality! Do not eat here! What a waste of my time and money. Mediocre at best. The prime rib was good. Flavorful. Well cooked. If their house rub is SPG, it was heavy on the ?s?. My wife... liked her blackened tilapia which she ordered from the ?pre 5:30p specials? menu. But these people pay no attention to thesides. The steamed broccoli was brown as if it was bad before it was cooked. Who would put a handful of that in the steamer toserve? There were sticks of what appeared to be wood in sautéed mushrooms - which begs the question of whether they were evenwashed before they were cooked. The asparagus was old; the ends were tough, stringy and wood-y. Flavorless. The cheese on thesalad was cheap bagged shredded cheese and the bacon bits were slimy. The croutons were likely from a bag as well. Corners cuteverywhere. I figure it to be a pricey alternative to a Sizzler-class restaurant. Except Sizzler has better sides. We won?t beback. Read more

Service started out great ???? but to our disappointment went to zero fast. We were brought water and bread which was nice being... that we didn't have to ask. After we ordered drinks and appetizers, our drinks came out wrong. Not a big deal, easy fix. Wethen had a follow up on our entrees. I ordered delmonico steak rare with fries coleslaw and a side of horseradish. My wifeordered the ribeye medium well with baked potatoes, mushroom. 20 minutes later our waitress returns telling us our foods on itsway. No question about drinks or appetizers. We then wait 15 more minutes to get steaks to find my 36 dollar steak was char andwell done not rare and I had broccoli instead of fries with no horseradish. My y wife convinced me to say something. By thetime the manager came over my wife had already finished half of her butter and baked potatoe. And I was told another steak is onits way. I refuse to have to wait another 30 minutes to have a charged burnt steak well done. Terrible steak for a steakhouseand Service was lacking. I still payed 70 dollars for my wife's food and the Drinks along with a disappointment of a night outfor my first time there it was a big zero. Terrible. Below is lesson 1. Had to send mashed potatoes back due to being cold (butter didnt even melt). Came back nice and hot. Fried egg burger was... delicious. Ribs were good. Read more

Great food, excellent service. I got the chopped steak w/ mashed potatoes, veggie of the day (zucchini and squash - steamed I... belive - tossed in garlic butter) YUM! Just trying to figure out why the smoking area is right at the front door. Non smokershave to walk through a fog of smoke to enter. *update.. I went back, this time for take out. Smokers are still out front lol.I got a steak sub to go (I ordered no cheese, peppers and onions with mushrooms) and a baked potato. Again, food was good andservice was good. Read more
