Never have I ever gotten hot or fresh French fry?s from this Hardees and the burgers are always cold and old also. The drive... through lady witch I believe is the manger is so rude. She will not add my coupons to the price at the speakers and give me theamount it cost at the window.Whenever I pull up to the window to pay she gives me the full price amount for my order and Ialways have to tell her again about taking my coupon. What terrible service and cold food always. I Won?t go to this one againand it is only a few minutes from my home.So disappointing. Read more

Horrible service. The first couple of times I was the only one in the drive-thru and they screwed up my order, I thought it may... have been a fluke. Today was the topper though, 3 cars in the drive thru - (non peak hour) - they had us all pull beyond thedrive thru window, blocking the parking lot, and we sat there for 20 minutes waiting for our orders. One of the staff came out,and proceeded to get all the orders mixed up and disputed with me about what I ordered. Never going back. They need to re-staffthis location. Read more
Terrible service. Ordered online and got to the pick area and instead of helping me they choose to ignore me and wait till... everyone in line was done ordering and then started on my order. Read more
Y?all really having customers pay nearly $4 for a joke of a milkshake. Staff was rude and immediately walked away after handing... this to me. They knew they were wrong. To make matters worse I was the only customer in the drive thru (dining room stillclosed). Don?t even have the excuse of being busy to cut a corner this bad. Read more
If this is how you like your employees treating customers will never be back again. Waited 10 minutes on 2 bisquits and the... sweet tea was not sweet, sprite was carbonated water. The food is delicious. Love the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I look forward to visiting when I come to Aberdeen. Friendly... staff. Even with the heavy traffic, it's still a great place to visit. The friendly staff and delicious food make you want toreturn. Read more
