Got there with 2 hungry kids & had to use the kiosk to order, when finished it asked if I wanted to pay with cash at counter or... a card since I had cash I hit cash & continue. After waiting 45 minutes & about 5 people leave that ordered after me I went tothe counter & asked about our order. I was informed that my order was visible but I had to pay with debit or credit card. I'mguessing the lady that told me that was a mgr. & a rude one at that. Anyway my whole issue is why didn't she call me up therewhen the order appeared & tell me that instead of making us wait so long. I would have paid with a card if she did that but bynow I was mad so instead I grabbed the 2 kids left & went elsewhere. If they were only taking cards they should have had itposted on the kiosk & the cash button should have been disabled to avoid this problem. 9/16/22 App wasn't working so went inside to order. Had to argue to get the manager to honor the app promotion. Poor customer... service and dining room was messy. Once again disappointed at this location. No ice in the beverage machine and my daughter'sorder was wrong. When she told them it did not have the correct ingredients, she was told SHE was wrong. 4/18/21 All threeDoritos Locos tacos broken. I pulled from the drive through to the parking lot to eat. Difficult enough to eat broken tacos, butthen had to do it in the car. Read more

Any time we eat here. JESSICA is working. She has amazing customer service. We look forward to seeing her in the drive through.... She is always so pleasant, friendly and has a beautiful smile. 10/10 for her kindness, work ethic and customer service. Read more

Customer service should be a zero here... Tried going through the drive through, forgot to order something and tried to add it... when i pulled up to the window... was told i couldn't... then after getting the food, we had to park get out and go in to getour order corrected because it was totally messed up.. when I asked for the manager he was no help at all and truly was lackingof any leadership qualities... which explains all the other bad reviews here... also way they had too many people working butyet none of them where actually working. Hopefully the owner or maybe corporate can get this place back in order.. until then ewill not be back! This place needs new management!! Read more

New to area, rebuilding an old salon at a new salon location up here with my business partner. Arrived early at the store at... 730, not knowing it opens at 8. I was told by two different employees it opens at 8, as if they expected me to leave and comeback later. I can read the sign, I knew it opened at 8. I waited the full 30 minutes so I could have my Large Baja Mountain DewSoda. Thats all I wanted was a drink. I waited patiently for it, and I was first in line. They made me drive back around thebuilding to the back of the line, for no reason. I had to wait through a line of customers to order. As a fellow business ownerin the area that services over 70,000 people in the region, I wont forget this. It wasnt just rude, it was petty. The lady atthe window was so rude I felt the need to check my drink to make sure she didnt spit in it. If this is how you treat customers,Ill be directing all of ours away from here. Read more

Drive thru is lacking now for some reason. No tacos made correctly. My chalupas? I'm not sure what these are, Chalupas they are... not. I would have sent there's back to... Do better taco bell. My meal is worth making properly. You got paid properly! Read more
