Dear: HR/manager I was a proud and loyalty customer I will drive from ocean shores to get gas for my three vehicles because you... have reasonable price for gas, 5,02,2022 I pick up 3 redbull and gave total of $40 rest on gas on my home I realize I did takemy redbull off the counter, I made call form from home 5:47pm which take 35 minutes from gas station I was told by the gentlemen I I will be reimburse when I come back I was happy hear that so I went gave my name and location told him to leave a note soteam members could see the note, on my next visit 06,02,2022 I was told I can not be help without a receipt and they would haveto look at the camera so I write down my name,phone number and location and told them to contact me even leave a voicemail so Idon't waste time and gas because there was bad communication there was supposed be a note, I have call every day to get a updatebut the same results I hear the boss is busy, the boss have not look at camera, today my vehicle need gas again 9,02,2022 so Iwent in hoping the problem is resolved with a four day wait it was not so I gave suggestions and explained how I feel has acustomer for 3 year, I come even when you close down recommend family and coworkers to be a customer. my calling to the gasstation and coming tonight has frustrated your worker tonight and she yell at curse me out gave me my money back walk away andshout take a receipt next time, the gentleman did not ask or gave suggestions if I need a receipt and I did not need back money,just needed redbull and buy more gas and I was not able to get either just only my money back never feel disrespected but I amblack man so I used to not be treated equally, my family will never come back Safeway will be my gas station now Read more

This is just a big busy gas station. They have lower prices so they draw a big crowd. Inside they have the standard AMPM... assortment of cold drinks, fountain drinks, assorted coffees, hot dogs , snacks, candy, cigarettes, typical fare. Nothingspectacular about the service but it's adequate. Read more

I have to say i don't go much but when i do i am usually always greeted with cheerful hello and experience exceptional customer... service from their employee Savannah. If she is not behind the till talking to customers with a smile and being as helpful aspossible i see her running around the store changing this, filling that, restocking. In my opinion just an overall great workerwith positive energy that makes the quick in and out of the gas station trips enjoyable. Read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. They don't keep water and squeegees in the buckets at the pumps for your... windshield cleaning needs. The cashiers behind the counter have no customer service. They prefer to eat and not speak to you atall or not be behind the counter and tell you they'll be right there when you're waiting at the counter. They can't seem tounderstand that patrons want lunch food at lunch time. Who wants a breakfast sandwich at 1 pm? Maybe some people, but not enoughto keep the whole hot case full of breakfast foods. Or, even worse, no food at all. When I contacted customer care, I got thecanned response that this location is locally owned and i would get follow up shortly. After a couple of months of a hecticpersonal life, I contacted corporate again since I hadn't gotten that follow up. Low and behold, the next day the owner emailedme. His response indicated that he didn't even read my email. I received a non-specific reply that addressed issues that Ididn't even write about. I guess that's typical when all you really care about is money and you have your business staffed withpeople who don't care about their job. When you visit this establishment, expect the very least when it comes to a gas station.You'll get even less. Edit to the owner's response: They have had my contact information for several months. I have never oncereceived a phone call and only got a reply email when I reported to corporate that I hadn't received follow up. Now, they wantme to go out of my way to call them when I have already contacted them twice and received a very generic email in response? Nothanks. I'll be stopping at Safeway for fuel going forward and choose a different convenience store if I need something to snackon. Read more
