I don't understand how this place is still open for "late-night" food.. the average wait time for ANYTHING is 30 min + and... literally 80% of the time its wrong. My food is cold and dead, my sauce (hot sauce for my tacos) is wrong. Literally the onlygood thing done right was my drink cause I specifically asked for no ice, they got that right.. everything else... sub par.Heavily disappointed as I'm sure everyone else in the area is. I only actually come here anymore because the guy they have cooking actually does a great job my sandwich is actually good on... the nights that he works. I think his name is Rickey or Rick. But the fact that Jack in the box literally keeps throwing peoplewho have 0 days training or 3 days training on to a graveyard shift at the ONLY open place in our town of Aberdeen, W.A., isreally messed up as an employer. 90 % of the time there is only 2 people on a graveyard shift, and that's currently what ittakes 5 people on a day shift Todo. And day shift isn't as busy as graveyard as of lately. I've been during day shift and seeneveryone standing around on there phones mean while I wait 15minutes for a breakfast jack. They are supposed to be open 24 hours a day. Posted on the door and online. But this place is so over worked, (ya right!) That... they have to close at 4am to 5am to take a break. Very unprofessional. When coming back into to from a road trip in the earlymorning was counting on them being open as there the only place that's open 24 hour with in 50 mile radius. And they wereclosed.. only in Aberdeen, a business can't keep it word to people. This place needs new management for sure... Read more
The two ladies who were working tonight in the Aberdeen, WA store went above and beyond. They kept the line moving and from what... I saw, no customers had to pull in the lot to wait for their food. I eat here regularly and I do DoorDash and what a breath offresh air it was. One of the girls names was Cassidy. They should be commended for a job well done. Waited in line for 20 minutes. When I got to the window the children that worked there were to busy gossiping. Waited at the... window for 5 more minutes, without their acknowledgment that they took so long. I didn?t expect much from them after seeing howyoung they were. Disappointed in their lack of work ethic. But again, what?s to expect when they have yet to develop customerservice skills. Also, was out of most their items. Read more
Every time I go to Jack in The Box I get the same quality food. It's not good, it's not bad. Really sub par food, and prices.... That being said, you're not going to find another place that will serve you tacos and burgers and curly fries all in one box,with a side of eggrolls at 3AM. For that reason alone it does hold its own. Read more
I'm not all that impressed with Jan in the Box tonight. My Boyfriend and I ordered 2 large Oreo Shakes And 1 regular strawberry... shake what we got was so not what we ordered all 3 shakes were regulars. And when he gives us our change he didn't give theright Amount I mean he was only $1 shy & all but we should have gotten what we ordered and payed for. Read more
Run down and dirty. Dude this place is pretty gross. The parking lot is covered in a layer of spilled food grime. The floors... inside feel dirty. Jack in the Box food is low quality anyway but this restaurant is not nice in any way. The guy at the frontcounter who had to run the counter and the drive through simultaneously never washed his hands between handling money andserving food. Wouldn't surprise me if they had a high rate of food poisoning from this constant contamination. Read more
