Horrible service! Every time we come through you make us park in front and wait 15 minutes for our food. You are just trying to... make your scores look better by moving people through the line quicker. Little does management know you make all your drive thrucustomers park in front and wait! We ended up having to wait in front of the store because our food wasn't ready. The nuggets were old and stale and they forgot... one of our fries. I would like to chalk it up to being busy but I can't imagine that this was their busiest time as the line wasmoving smoothly with little backup. The staff was friendly and helpful so that was a positive. Read more

What has been happening there lately, and how do you duplicate it?!? 4/19 roughly 9:30AM, came through the drive through for... breakfast. The voice through the electronic menu was pleasant and cheerful. Service at the payment window was polite andefficient! The final window, we met one of the nicest humans in customer service. Great attitude. Thinking it was a fluke, weheld off on the review. We?re moving, and needed a quick breakfast this morning. Same experience, excellent quality. Awesometo see happy people working with great attitudes. Both experiences made my morning and have far exceeded any ?sit down? diningexperience I?ve had lately. Bravo, and thank you!! Read more
