Did online order..order was not right when I picked up..they substituted items instead of what I ordered. Will never return.

Didn't know much about the menu or seemed to care to answer any questions. Not the best crust or cooking instructions, but still... good variety in toppings and options. 70 buckos for 2 large, 2 salads, and a 2 liter. Theres a tip option when paying at the POSfor the staff even though you take the pizza home and cook it yourself. I'm not saying I expected it to be cheap consideringwhich state I was in, but I did feel something lacking in terms of experience for the price. I bet they have their good daystoo. Read more

Picked up my online order, I asked for no tomatoes on 1 of my pizzas, it had tomatoes on it. The lady was rude and I felt she... was inconvenienced. Instead of making me a new pizza she sat there and picked MOST of the tomatoes off one by one. Read more

I got a Chicago style stuffed pizza which I have in the past and it was very good, but last night I got one and it was awful.... First I noticed how flat it was before I even cooked it then we tried to eat it and all it tasted like was tomato sauce. Welooked inside and there was maybe 2 pepperoni pieces one piece of sausage and that was all. Only a couple of green onions on topnone inside. Paid extra for olives and there were 12 olives on top (that's right there were so little olives I could actuallycount them) and there were none inside. Overall the experience was good. Clean store with helpful staff. I'm confused on the point of asking for the customer's name... only to have the order called out rather than the customer's name. The pizzas were good. Decided to try the crustless ketofriendly pizza tonight. There were no instructions provided for how to cook it so had to jump online to find that. The idea thatthis is supposed to be keto friendly is nice, but if you're after flavor you're better just ordering whichever pizza you wish inthe thin crust version. If not, you end up with a cheesy greasy blob in a small pan. Would still go and order the pizzas againthough. Read more
