Took over an hour to deliver our order (still not here as I type this) when we went to the store and asked if we could just pick... up our food because we got tired of waiting. We were told we could not just pick it up because it was a delivery order eventhough it was ready but not with the delivery driver yet. We literally beat the delivery driver to our house and it has been20-30 minutes since we went to pick it up. This is ridiculous. We called and nothing was done but inform us that our order wason the way. The manager was super rude about it. Poor customer service all around. Even if they are short on staff they shouldhave at least allowed us to pick up the order if they supposedly had it ready and it wasn?t ?dispatched? It would have beenfaster to go to the Pizza Hut in Salina you might as well do that. Whatever you do, do not waste your money or time here becauseyou?ll be waiting 2+ hours for a pizza. Read more

Salad bar was stale, our pizza was good Manager Paul definitely has a few screws loose. Before we left he got into a... disagreement with a customer, flip the customer off, started throwing objects and had to be held back by employees to keep himfrom attacking the customer. While we were there 3 couples left because they didn't get their food. When we walked in therewas only one other couple there and when we left there one only one other person. Sorry Abilene but your Pizza Hut stinks. Read more

I seriously don't understand this pizza Hut. I don't like leaving unpleasant reviews but I'm pretty annoyed right now. We've... ordered their box deal many times and the last 2 times, like a year apart, they still don't know how to make a pepperoni pizza.The price has increased by 4 bucks in that time frame and this is what they do: they put the pepperoni on the outside of thepizza - the crust, not on the cheese in the middle of the pizza. My kids don't even eat the crust. If I wanted a cheese pizza, Iwould've ordered a cheese pizza. I mean, come on guys. You have 1 job. Learn how to put toppings on a pizza. I would've left 2stars but I'm not that mean. Edit - it's been a few days, since I wrote this review. I may have overreacted just a tad, buthopefully they will stop doing this. This wasn't the first pizza like this. But it's just a pizza, right? There are morepressing issues in the world right now I suppose. I'm just a little picky about my food. Read more

Most in our community give the local Pizza Hut a bad rap but we have used both delivery and dine-in services lately and have... been pleased. We enjoy the fact they offer buffet in the evenings so that with three kids we can get in and out quicker andeveryone gets what they want. Would like to see more sauce in the pasta at the buffet - it does seem like that's being skimpedon. The lettuce in the salad bar has been good and that is something that there for a while we had an issue with. Thankful tohave a restaurant open in our community all the time like this one is. We ordered one small beef pizza with light sauce, one small pepperoni pizza and a small hand tossed barbeque sauce with Italian... sausage, bacon, and ham pizza. Also a family order of cheese sticks when our order arrived I got a small hand tossed marinarasauce Italian sausage, bacon, and ham. With no cheese sticks. Because our server Jaxyn forgot to put it in. And when wefinally got our sticks they were bread sticks not cheese sticks. Plus salad bar was a joke. When I asked for some ranchdressing I got dipping sauce. Read more

Buffet poorly.stocked and salad bar not fresh. Waiter tried to seat us at a dirty booth, then blames everyone else on the staff... for the tables being dirty and the salad bar not being fresh. Couldn't even provide napkins and silverware without us having toprompt him. Has to be the worst Pizza Hut in the USA. I just don't understand how it landed in one of the best towns in thewhole USA. 45 minutes left on buffet when we came in. Only 3 partial pizzas, 2 bread sticks, and 3 cinnamon bread sticks. There were 5 of... us and at least 4 other groups of people. We asked if they were going to make more pizzas and bread and waitress said she"didn't know!." Just then a group of 4 came in and girl at counter told them we aren't making anymore for buffet. They went andlooked, and said " then we're leaving". If I would have been told that we would have too. Place was great before covid. Now, wewon't be back. Cost me $40 some dollars for the worst pizza choices and salads. You know it sucks when little kids don't likethe pizza. Read more
